    Available in Classic and VPC

    On the Member Home, you can check the date of reorganization, HR status, the number of request for issuing certificates, and status of checklist, as well as manage setting items required for members' using the service. You can also view the log history recorded in the Member menu.

    To access the Member Home menu, click Member Home in the left-side menu of the Member service.

    The Member Home screen is laid out as follows.

    ① Content TabSelect the content to be displayed in the Content Area
  • Dashboard: Display the date of reorganization, HR status, the number of request for issuing certificates, and the status of checklists in card form.
  • Timeline: Display up to 100 logs recorded in the Member service for last one month, sorted by most recent first.
  • Getting Started: Displays Manage Settings link required for HR management and Member menu use.
  • ② Content Area
  • Display log history or relevant menus depending on the content tab selected in card form
  • Clicking an item displayed in the card for or log history opens the related menu
  • Note
    • Only the menus and cards that have been granted access permissions are displayed in the Content tab or area
    • Recorded logs can't be deleted, and when their number exceeds 100, the oldest log is automatically deleted.

    Getting Started

    When you access the Member service for the first time, the Getting Started page will guide you through how to set member service-related information. Each setting item is displayed as a closed card. Clicking a card once will open the card to show the basic settings. Click it again to go to the related menu.
    To use the Member service more conveniently, follow the order of cards in the Getting Started page and complete the settings for all items.

    Invite Part-time EmployeeOpen the Manage Part-time Employee menu where you can add and invite a part-time employee to WORKPLACE

    PreferencesOpen the Set Member menu where you can set whether to use appointment and part-timer
    Checklist Category SettingsOpen the Manage Category menu where you can set checklist categories
    Manage ChecklistOpen the Manage Checklist menu where you can add and manage checklists for new employees and retired employees

    Dashboard

    After completing all the settings on Getting Started page, when you access the Member service, the Dashboard screen will appear. The Dashboard screen displays summary information about the member service in card form.

    The following cards are displayed in the Dashboard screen.

  • Note
    • The Scheduled Reorganization Date, Scheduled Reinstatement, and Scheduled Personnel Appointment cards are only displayed when the Appointment in Set > Set Members menu is set to Use.
    • The Part-timer Contract, and Part-timer Payroll cards are only displayed when the Use of Part-timer in Set > Set Members menu is set to Use.

    Timeline

    Displays up to 100 use logs of the Member service for the last one month in the newest order. Click the link for each item to go to the related menu.
