In the View Self Check menu, you can check expense plan or settlement requests that violate audit items, confirm abnormal history such as holiday and night time usage or duplicate usage, and audit inappropriate expenses. If an expense is judged to be inappropriate, the expense admin can request the creator of the settlement case to provide an explanation.
You can check explanation requests and results as a list in the Manage Violations/Explanations menu.
Audit Item Violation
In the Audit Item Violation menu, you can check expense plan and expense settlement requests that violate the audit items set in the Manage Self Check menu. You can check the detailed information about which audit items have been violated by each request, and request the creator of the settlement request to provide an explanation if necessary.
Check Expense Plan Request That Violated Audit Items
To check an expense plan request that violated audit items, click the All Services > Expense > View Self Check > Audit Item Violation menus in order in the WORKPLACE PC web page, and then click the [Expense Plan Request] tab menu.
The [Expense Plan Request] tab menu is displayed if expense plan use status is set to Y in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu. When requesting an expense plan, both the user and expense admin can check audit violation details.
The Expense Plan Request tab in the Audit Item Violation page is laid out as follows.

Check Expense Settlement Request That Violated Audit Items
To check an expense settlement request that violated audit items, click the All Services > Expense > View Self Check > Audit Item Violation menus in order in the WORKPLACE PC web page, and then click the [Expense Settlement Request] tab menu.
The Expense Settlement Request tab in the Audit Item Violation page is laid out as follows.

Holiday Usage
You can check expenses used on holidays and request an explanation. Holidays include the holidays set in the Admin > Settings > Manage Company Holidays menu, absent days registered by the expense settlement requester, and annual leave use dates of the requester.
The Holiday Usage Status page is laid out as follows.

Night Time Usage
In the Night Time Usage menu, you can check settlement requests for cases that used corporate cards at night time and request an explanation if necessary.
This menu is displayed if the credit card company integration is set to Y in the Expense > Settings > Set Expense menu. You can set the time of night time in this menu.
The Night Time Usage Status page is laid out as follows.

Outside Usage
In the Outside Usage menu, you can check expenses used outside of work areas among completed expense settlements and request an explanation if necessary.
This menu is displayed if credit card company integration is set to Y in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu. You can set the standard distance of outside in this menu. The distance of outside areas is measured based on the company address registered in Admin > Company Information > Manage Company Information. Only the cases that have the address of the place of use in the data scraped from the credit card company are viewed.
The Outside Usage Status page is laid out as follows.

Duplicate Usage at Same Time
In the Duplicate Usage at Same Time menu, you can check transaction cases that used the same corporate card within the given time among completed expense settlements and request an explanation if necessary.
This menu is displayed if credit card company integration is set to Y in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu. You can set the standard time to judge duplicate usage in this menu.
The Duplicate Use at Same Time Status page is laid out as follows.

Duplicate Usage in Same Place of Use
In the Duplicate Usage in Same Place of Use menu, you can check transaction cases that used the same corporate card in one place of use among completed expense settlements and request an explanation if necessary.
This menu is displayed if credit card company integration is set to Y in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu. You can set the standard number of transactions to judge duplicate use in this menu.
The Duplicate Usage in Same Place of Usage Status page is laid out as follows.

Duplicated Expense Settlement Request
In the Duplicate Expense Settlement Request menu, you can check completed expense settlements that have the same date of use, amount of use, evidence type, or card number but a different document title, place of use, or expense item. If suspected as a duplicate settlement, you can request an explanation.
The Duplicate Expense Settlement Request Status page is laid out as follows.
