    In the Report menu, you can view the consolidated settlement amount according to budgets and expense plans and check the expense trends by period as a chart. You can also check the usage status of corporate cards and verify the settlement status according to each classification standard.

    View Consolidated Status of Expenses

    In the View Consolidated Status of Expenses menu, you can check the settlement amount by budget item and settlement amount compared to the expense plan, verify settlement details, and inquire violation of audit items.

    The View Consolidated Status of Expenses page is laid out as follows.

  • Click Affiliated in each row to check the organization chart and detailed information of employees
  • Click Plan in each row to check the expense plan document
  • Click Total in each row to check the expense settlement document
  • Click Audit Violations of Self Check in each row to go to the Audit Item Violation > [Expense Settlement Request] tab. Click Request Explanation/Complete to go to the Manage Violations/Explanations menu to view details (See Manage Violations/Explanations)
  • Budget: It displays the allocated budget amount for the period and the value compared to the previous period (<Example> Increase or decrease compared to the previous month when viewing monthly)
  • Plan: It displays the expense plan amount requested and the value compared to the period (<Example> Increase or decrease compared to the previous month when viewing monthly)
  • Paid: Amount processed as paid in Accounting
  • Note
    • If the budget usage or expense plan usage status is set to N in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu, the budget column is not displayed in the View Consolidated Expense Status page.
    • An empty budget amount means there is no budget allocated.
    • If you enter a period to view, the comparison value (indicated as positive/negative) is not displayed because of difficulty in comparing with the past.

    Download List of Consolidated Expense Status

    The following describes how to download the list of consolidated expense status as an Excel file.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [All Services] > [Expense] button.
    2. Click the Reports > View Consolidated Expense Status menus in order.
    3. If necessary, enter the consolidated expense status condition to be viewed in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the consolidated expense status that corresponds to the entered condition.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The list of consolidated expense status is downloaded as an Excel file.
    Note

    The downloaded file is saved as TotalStcList.xlsx in the Download folder.

    In the Expense Trends by Period menu, you can check the budget, expense plan, and settlement amount trends through charts and check the settlement trends according to the expense item.

    The Expense Trends by Period page is laid out as follows.

    Yearly Expense AmountIt displays the yearly budget, expense plan, and settlement amount by monthly or quarterly charts
  • The month display follows the accounting settlement type value. If the settlement in December, months from January to December are displayed
  • If the budget is not used, the budget graph is not displayed
  • If the expense plan is not used, the plan graph is not displayed
  • Settlement Trends by Expense ItemIt displays the settlement amount of each expense item for each month

    Integrated Card Usage Status

    In the Integrated Card Usage Status menu, you can search and view the integrated card usage status by condition. You can check the monthly amount approved, settled, excluded from settlement, unsettled, and unavailable for settlement at a glance. You can also download the list of integrated card usage status as an Excel file.

    The Integrated Card Usage Status page is laid out as follows. Select Year for period and search to check the status through View by Month or View by Quarter.

  • Click each amount to check the settlement document
  • Click the credit card company name to access the Manage Card menu
  • If a settlement history for a card deleted exists in the Expense > Settings > Manage Card menu, the history is included, but the card is indicated as Deleted
  • If a settlement history for a card set to Not Use exists in the Expense > Settings > Manage Card menu, the history is included, but the card is indicated as Not Used
  • Note

    If you set credit card company integration to N in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu, this menu is not displayed.

    Download List of Integrated Card Usage Status

    The following describes how to download the list of integrated card usage status as an Excel file.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [All Services] > [Expense] button.
    2. Click the Reports > Integrated Card Usage Status menus in order.
    3. If necessary, enter the integrated card usage status to be viewed in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the integrated card usage status that corresponds to the entered condition.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The list of integrated card usage status is downloaded as an Excel file.
    Note

    The downloaded file is saved as CardStcList.xlsx in the Download folder.

    Settlement Status by Expense Item

    In the Settlement Status by Expense Item menu, you can search and view the settlement status by expense item according to condition. You can download the list of settlements by expense item as an Excel file.

    The Settlement Status by Expense Item page is laid out as follows. Select Year for the period and search to check the monthly or quarterly status. The Settlement Trends by Expense Item chart is displayed together.

    Settlement Status by Affiliated Department

    In the Settlement Status by Affiliated Department menu, you can search and view the settlement status by affiliated department according to condition. You can download the list of settlement status by affiliated department as an Excel file.

    The Settlement Status by Affiliated Department page is laid out as follows. Select Year for the period and search to check the monthly or quarterly status. The monthly settlement trends chart is displayed together.

    3. If necessary, enter the settlement condition by affiliated department to be viewed in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the list of settlements by affiliated department that corresponds to the entered condition.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The list of settlements by affiliated department is downloaded as an Excel file.
    Note

    The downloaded file is saved as deptStcList.xlsx in the Download folder.

    Settlement Status by Employee

    In the Settlement Status by Employee menu, you can check the settlement status of each applicant or participant. You can also search and view the settlement status by condition and download the list of settlement status by employee as an Excel file.

    Note

    If you set credit card company integration to N in the Expense > Settings > Expense Settings menu, this menu is not displayed.

    The Settlement Status by Employee page is laid out as follows. Select Year for period and search to check the status through View by Month or View by Quarter.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [All Services] > [Expense] button.
    2. Click the Reports > Settlement Status by Employee menus in order.
    3. If necessary, enter the settlement condition of each employee to be searched in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the settlement status by employee that corresponds to the entered condition.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The list of settlements by employee is downloaded as an Excel file.

    The downloaded file is saved as prsnWrpList.xlsx in the Download folder.

    Settlement Status by Project Code

    In the Settlement Status by Project Code menu, you can view the settlement status by project and detailed expense item for expense settlements that used project codes. You can also download the list of settlement status by project code as an Excel file.

    The Settlement Status by Project Code page is laid out as follows.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Expense] button.
    2. Click the Reports > Settlement Status by Project Code menus, in that order.
    3. If necessary, enter the project, period, and settlement condition by expense item to be viewed in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the settlement status by project code that corresponds to the entered condition.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The settlement list by project code is downloaded as an Excel file.

        Note

        The downloaded file is saved as StcProjectCode.xlsx in the Download folder.
