# Virtual Private Gateway

VPC 환경에서 이용 가능합니다.

VGW(Virtual Private Gateway)는 VPC에 위치하여 On-premise 네트워크를 Cloud Connect 또는 IPsec VPN으로 연결하는 접점입니다.

VGW의 특징은 다음과 같습니다.

- 네트워크 간 보안이 확보된 경로로 통신할 수 있고, 하이브리드 클라우드도 구성할 수 있습니다.
- 통신 회선의 이중화가 가능하여 2개의 IPsec VPN 터널 또는 IPsec VPN과 Cloud Connect 터널 조합을 이용할 수 있습니다.

## Virtual Private Gateway 화면

Virtual Private Gateway 이용을 위한 기본적인 설명은 다음과 같습니다.

## Virtual Private Gateway 목록 확인

생성하여 운영 중인 Virtual Private Gateway 목록에서 각 Virtual Private Gateway별 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 확인하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

              참고

              

운영 중인 Virtual Private Gateway가 1개 이상인 경우 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다. 생성하여 운영 중인 Virtual Private Gateway가 없는 경우 화면에서 목록이 표시되지 않습니다.

1. 네이버 클라우드 플랫폼 콘솔의 VPC 환경에서 **Menu** > **All Services** > **Networking** > **VPC** 메뉴를 차례대로 클릭해 주십시오.
2. **Virtual Private Gateway** 메뉴를 클릭해 주십시오.
3. 생성한 Virtual Private Gateway 목록이 나타나면 요약 정보를 확인하거나 Virtual Private Gateway를 클릭하여 상세 정보를 확인해 주십시오.
  - **Virtual Private Gateway 이름**: Virtual Private Gateway의 이름
  - **상태**: Virtual Private Gateway의 상태
    - **준비중**: 사용자가 입력한 정보로 Virtual Private Gateway를 생성하고 있는 상태
    - **운영중**: 사용자가 입력한 정보로 Virtual Private Gateway의 생성이 완료되어 Virtual Private Gateway를 이용 가능한 상태
    - **종료중**: 사용자가 입력한 정보로 생성한 Virtual Private Gateway를 삭제하고 있는 상태
  - **Virtual Private Gateway ID**: Virtual Private Gateway의 ID 값
  - **VPC 이름**: 연결된 VPC의 이름
  - **[연관 Routes]** 탭: Virtual Private Gateway와 연관된 Route Table 목록
  - **생성일시**: Virtual Private Gateway를 생성한 날짜
  - **메모**: Virtual Private Gateway 관련 메모로, **[수정]** 버튼을 클릭해 수정 가능

## Virtual Private Gateway 생성

Virtual Private Gateway를 생성하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 네이버 클라우드 플랫폼 콘솔의 VPC 환경에서 **Menu** > **All Services** > **Networking** > **VPC** 메뉴를 차례대로 클릭해 주십시오.
2. **Virtual Private Gateway** 메뉴를 클릭해 주십시오.
3. **[Virtual Private Gateway 생성]** 버튼을 클릭해 주십시오.

4. **Virtual Private Gateway 생성** 팝업 창이 나타나면 생성할 Virtual Private Gateway의 이름을 입력하고 적용할 VPC를 선택해 주십시오.
  - Virtual Private Gateway 이름은 영문, 숫자, 하이픈(-)을 사용하여 3~30자 사이로 입력
5. **[생성]** 버튼을 클릭해 주십시오.
6. Virtual Private Gateway 화면의 Virtual Private Gateway 목록에서 생성된 Virtual Private Gateway의 상태를 확인해 주십시오.
  - **준비중**: 사용자가 입력한 정보로 Virtual Private Gateway를 생성하고 있는 상태
  - **운영중**: 사용자가 입력한 정보로 Virtual Private Gateway의 생성이 완료되어 Virtual Private Gateway를 이용 가능한 상태
7. **Route Table** 메뉴로 이동해 Virtual Private Gateway를 통해 통신할 네트워크 경로를 설정하십시오. 자세한 내용은 [Route Table 설정 가이드](/docs/networking-vpc-vpcdetailedroutetable)를 참조해 주십시오.

## Virtual Private Gateway 삭제

생성하여 운영 중인 Virtual Private Gateway를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

              참고

              

IPsec VPN 또는 Cloud Connect를 연결한 경우 해당 인스턴스를 먼저 종료해야 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 네이버 클라우드 플랫폼 콘솔의 VPC 환경에서 **Menu** > **All Services** > **Networking** > **VPC** 메뉴를 차례대로 클릭해 주십시오.
2. **Virtual Private Gateway** 메뉴를 클릭해 주십시오.
3. 삭제할 Virtual Private Gateway를 클릭한 후 **[Virtual Private Gateway 삭제]** 버튼을 클릭해 주십시오.
4. **Virtual Private Gateway 삭제** 팝업 창이 나타나면 **[삭제]** 버튼을 클릭해 주십시오.
5. Virtual Private Gateway 화면의 Virtual Private Gateway 목록에서 Virtual Private Gateway 상태를 확인해 주십시오.
  - **종료중**: Virtual Private Gateway를 삭제하고 있는 상태
