Please see below for detailed descriptions about the variety of features that Cloud Insight offers.

    • Search and visualization of indicators: Performance and operation indicators provided by NAVER Cloud Platform can be seen, and you can quickly check the indicators for a specific time period that you select.

    • User indicators collection: A feature to collect custom metrics based on user settings is provided. Performance/operation indicators collected for user applications (custom metric) and performance/operation indicators of NAVER Cloud Platform (system metric) can be integrated to gain insights with depth.

      TypeSubtypeDescription
System MetricBasic MetricPerformance indicators provided by each NAVER Cloud Platform service. They can be viewed through Cloud Insight without requiring a separate setup.
System MetricExtended MetricAdditional performance indicators provided by each service of NAVER Cloud Platform. Collection settings need to be configured on each service console to view their additional performance indicators in Cloud Insight.
Custom MetricPerformance indicators not provided by NAVER Cloud Platform, such as those for user application that have been collected using Cloud Insight's API
    • User dashboard configuration: You can create a user dashboard and add up to 30 widgets to view performance/operation indicators.

    • Event rule and event management: Event rules can be created by step to identify situations where failure is suspected or has actually occurred. You can designate a person who would be the most suitable to handle the failure situation and take charge for each event rule, and SMS or email notifications are sent to that person. Troubleshooting is available in connection with webhooks and Cloud Functions, specifying action(s) to be carried out in case of the event occurring.

    • Maintenance schedule management: You can register maintenance targets and time, and the maintenance schedule can be shared with other users. The SMS and email notifications for maintenance targets are automatically suspended during registered and scheduled maintenance. All notifications that occurred during a maintenance period are recorded, separate from notifications that occurred due to failure.
