Available in VPC
A target group is used for distributing requests to one or more registered targets (servers). In other words, it's a set of targets to handle requests. This is only used in Load Balancer services.
Target groups can add, delete, or monitor a target group to add when creating a Load Balancer. In addition, a new target can be added to the target group, or targets that have already been added can be deleted. A health check policy for the added target can be set.
Connect to NAVER Cloud Platform's portal, and then click the [Console] > Services > Networking > Load Balancer > Target Group, in that order, to connect to the target group menu.
