A variety of features WORKBOX offers

Please see below for detailed descriptions about a variety of features WORKBOX offers.

    • Easy, light file sharing and collaborating with simple, intuitive UI: WORKBOX provides intuitive UIs that reduce the folder structure complexity of general file sharing services, by simply dividing folders into shared and personal folders. It also provides various sharing features such as folder and link sharing, allowing you to deal with a variety of file sharing scenarios required for internal and external collaboration.
    • Powerful service environment management tool provided: WORKBOX admins are provided with a management tool that helps them set permissions to use major features, set shared folder preferences, invite and manage members, and configure various other service environment settings. Through this, enterprises can customize WORKBOX for their own file sharing and collaboration environment as they would like.
    • Reduced costs with flexible storage management: You can view your WORKBOX storage usage in real time, and instantly purchase additional storage or terminate it in small increments. This helps reduce storage costs by flexibly increasing or decreasing your storage capacity depending on circumstances.
    • Advanced access control and security features: Advanced access control is available by segmenting permissions for each shared folder to separate Edit and View permissions.
