# API Gateway troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

## Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

[Cannot designate private IPs in VPC as an Endpoint](/docs/en/apigw-troubleshoot-common#Endpoint%EB%A1%9CVPC%EB%82%B4%EC%82%AC%EC%84%A4IP%EC%A7%80%EC%A0%95%EB%B6%88%EA%B0%80) Designating internal VPCs as the URL of HTTP(S) for the Endpoints processed by the API Gateway fails.
