# Archive Storage troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

This page lists problems you might run into when using Archive Storage. Click on the error to see more details.

## Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

[Fee issues](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-common#%EC%9A%94%EA%B8%88%EB%AC%B8%EC%A0%9C) The billed charges are higher than expected. There seems to be an error in the billing.

[Changing Archive Storage folder name](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-common#ArchiveStorage%ED%8F%B4%EB%8D%94%EB%AA%85%EB%B3%80%EA%B2%BD) The folder name of Archive Storage is not changed.

[Error message: "Access was denied to this resource"](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-common#Accesswasdeniedtothisresource%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%A9%94%EC%8B%9C%EC%A7%80) When I uploaded a file to a specific bucket, I received the message "Access was denied to this resource."

[Viewing access log](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-common#%EC%A0%91%EA%B7%BC%EB%A1%9C%EA%B7%B8%ED%99%95%EC%9D%B8) Object Storage has a feature to view the access log to the bucket, but Archive Storage doesn't have a feature to view the access log.

## Troubleshoot upload or download issues

The problematic situations related to upload or download you may encounter are as follows:

[Transferring Archive Storage files to Object Storage](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-object#ArchiveStorage%ED%8C%8C%EC%9D%BC%EC%9D%84ObjectStorage%EB%A1%9C%EC%9D%B4%EA%B4%80) I want to transfer files uploaded to Archive Storage to Object Storage. I want to transfer the data whose lifecycle is set in Object Storage and which is transferred to Archive Storage to Object Storage again.

[File upload failed](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-object#%ED%8C%8C%EC%9D%BC%EC%97%85%EB%A1%9C%EB%93%9C%EC%8B%A4%ED%8C%A8) Uploading large-volume files fails.

[File download error](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-object#%ED%8C%8C%EC%9D%BC%EB%8B%A4%EC%9A%B4%EB%A1%9C%EB%93%9C%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) I cannot download the file. The size of the downloaded file is different. I downloaded the file divided into Segment Object through large-volume file management (DLO), but the file size is different.

[Download resuming error](/docs/en/archivestorage-troubleshoot-object#%EC%9D%B4%EC%96%B4%EB%B0%9B%EA%B8%B0%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) When I download files, only overwriting or skipping files is available and resuming a download doesn't work.
