# Cloud DB for Cache troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

You might run into the following problems when using Cloud DB for Redis: Find out causes and possible solutions.

## Troubleshoot common issues

[Redis Server connection error](/docs/en/clouddbforredis-troubleshoot-common#RedisServer%EC%A0%91%EC%86%8D%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) Error occurs when connecting to Redis Server. Cannot access Redis Server from outside. Currently using SSL VPN but cannot connect to Cloud DB for Redis.
