# CLOVA Speech troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

This page lists problems you might run into when using CLOVA Speech. Click on the error to see more details.

## Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

[Security issues](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-common#%EB%B3%B4%EC%95%88%EB%AC%B8%EC%A0%9C) Are there any security issues with the files uploaded to Object Storage and the data created in CLOVA Speech?

[Degraded voice recognition accuracy](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-common#%EC%9D%8C%EC%84%B1%EC%9D%B8%EC%8B%9D%EC%A0%95%ED%99%95%EB%8F%84%EC%A0%80%ED%95%98) The accuracy of voice recognition is degraded.

[Increase domain limit](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-common#%EB%8F%84%EB%A9%94%EC%9D%B8%ED%95%9C%EB%8F%84%EC%83%81%ED%96%A5) I cannot create any more domains. I would like to increase the limit for the number of domains.

[Speaker separation during live streaming](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-common#%EC%8B%A4%EC%8B%9C%EA%B0%84%EC%8A%A4%ED%8A%B8%EB%A6%AC%EB%B0%8D%EC%8B%9C%ED%99%94%EC%9E%90%EB%B6%84%EB%A6%AC) I am using CLOVA Speech gRPC in live streaming, and the "speaker" (speaker separation) result is not created.

## Troubleshoot error messages

The following are examples of errors you might encounter:

["ERROR_INVALID_SECRET" error message](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-error#ERRORINVALIDSECRET%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%A9%94%EC%8B%9C%EC%A7%80) "ERROR_INVALID_SECRET" error message is displayed.

["RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED" error message](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-error#RESOURCEEXHAUSTED%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%A9%94%EC%8B%9C%EC%A7%80) "RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED:Too many channels, the max channel is: 15" error message is displayed. Even if it just maintains the single streaming connections, the "RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED" error occurs. "No more available resources for connecting gRPC" error message is displayed.

["ERROR_REQUEST_PARAMETER" error message](/docs/en/clovaspeech-troubleshoot-error#ERRORREQUESTPARAMETER%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%A9%94%EC%8B%9C%EC%A7%80) "ERROR_REQUEST_PARAMETER" error message is displayed. "Speaker detect is off" error message is displayed.
