# CLOVA Studio troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

Learn how to resolve issues with CLOVA Studio. Click any error for detailed troubleshooting steps.

## Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

[Errors during a surge in concurrent requests](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-common#%EB%8F%99%EC%8B%9C%EC%9A%94%EC%B2%AD%EA%B8%89%EC%A6%9D%EC%8B%9C%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) An error occurs when multiple users send API requests simultaneously.

[Return of errors](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-common#%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EC%BD%94%EB%93%9C%EB%B0%98%ED%99%98) Errors were returned during the API call.

[Disable masking of specific information (phone numbers, URLs)](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-common#%ED%8A%B9%EC%A0%95%EC%A0%95%EB%B3%B4%EC%A0%84%ED%99%94%EB%B2%88%ED%98%B8URL%EC%9D%98%EB%A7%88%EC%8A%A4%ED%82%B9%EC%B2%98%EB%A6%AC%ED%95%B4%EC%A0%9C) Some information, such as phone numbers and URLs, is automatically masked with * when transmitted. Masking cannot be disabled.

## Troubleshoot playground issues

The following are examples of playground errors you might encounter:

[Tasks to be requested are not displayed when applying for a service app](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-common#%EC%84%9C%EB%B9%84%EC%8A%A4%EC%95%B1%EC%8B%A0%EC%B2%AD%EC%8B%9C%EC%8B%A0%EC%B2%AD%ED%95%A0%EC%9E%91%EC%97%85%EC%9D%B4%EB%82%98%ED%83%80%EB%82%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%9D%8C) After selecting a model in the service app application information, nothing appears in the list of **Tasks to be requested**.

[Error when testing with "Do not use AI filter" setting](/doc/sclovastudio-troubleshoot-common#AIfilter%EC%82%AC%EC%9A%A9%EC%95%88%ED%95%A8%EC%84%A4%EC%A0%95%ED%9B%84%ED%85%8C%EC%8A%A4%ED%8A%B8%EC%8B%9C%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%B0%9C%EC%83%9D) When testing with the AI filter set to "Do not use," a 40006 error (request cannot be processed due to internal policy) is displayed.

## Troubleshoot tuning issues

The following are examples of tuning errors you might encounter:

[Tuning does not run](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-tunning#%ED%8A%9C%EB%8B%9D%EC%9D%B4%EC%8B%A4%ED%96%89%EB%90%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%9D%8C) An error occurs when attempting to run tuning using the singleton example dataset. Tuning was attempted, but training did not proceed.

[Results are inaccurate or inconsistent](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-tunning#%EB%B6%80%EC%A0%95%ED%99%95%ED%95%9C%EA%B2%B0%EA%B3%BC%EA%B0%80%EB%B6%80%EC%A0%95%ED%99%95%ED%95%98%EA%B1%B0%EB%82%98%EC%9D%BC%EA%B4%80%EB%90%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%9D%8C) After performing tuning, the tested output is not accurate.

["Dataset does not exist" error](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-tunning#%EB%8D%B0%EC%9D%B4%ED%84%B0%EB%8D%B0%EC%9D%B4%ED%84%B0%EC%85%8B%EC%9D%B4%EC%A1%B4%EC%9E%AC%ED%95%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%8A%B5%EB%8B%88%EB%8B%A4%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) Even though a dataset was attached during tuning, the "No data" error appears.

## Troubleshoot explorer issues

[HCX-007 tool call error](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-tunning#HCX007%EB%A1%9C%EB%8F%84%EA%B5%AC%ED%98%B8%EC%B6%9C%EC%8B%9C%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) Tool calls work normally with HCX-005, but an error occurs with HCX-007.

## Troubleshoot skill trainer issues

The following are examples of skill trainer errors you might encounter:

[Error message: "No plannable skills"](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-skilltrainer#) During data collection, the error message "No plannable skills" is displayed.

[Error message: "Token limit exceeded"](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-skilltrainer#%ED%86%A0%ED%81%B0%EC%88%98%EC%B4%88%EA%B3%BC%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%A9%94%EC%8B%9C%EC%A7%80) During data collection, the error message "Token limit exceeded" appears.

[Reset call options](/docs/en/clovastudio-troubleshoot-skilltrainer#%ED%98%B8%EC%B6%9C%EC%98%B5%EC%85%98%EC%B4%88%EA%B8%B0%ED%99%94) Call options are reset each time data is collected.
