# Image Optimizer troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

This page lists problems you might run into when using Image Optimizer. Click on the error to see more details.

## Troubleshooting common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

[Unable to Delete Edge](/docs/en/imageoptimizer-troubleshoot-common#Edge%EC%82%AD%EC%A0%9C%EB%B6%88%EA%B0%80) I’d like to delete the Global Edge created through the Image Optimizer service, but I cannot find the delete button.

[Certificate Renewal Error](/docs/en/imageoptimizer-troubleshoot-common#%EC%9D%B8%EC%A6%9D%EC%84%9C%EA%B0%B1%EC%8B%A0%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) The certificate is not being renewed.

[Different Images Displayed Based on Image Size](/docs/en/imageoptimizer-troubleshoot-common#%EC%9D%B4%EB%AF%B8%EC%A7%80%EC%82%AC%EC%9D%B4%EC%A6%88%EC%97%90%EB%94%B0%EB%9D%BC%EB%8B%A4%EB%A5%B8%EA%B0%80%EC%9D%B4%EB%AF%B8%EC%A7%80%EB%85%B8%EC%B6%9C%EB%90%A8) Different images are displayed depending on the image size.

## Troubleshooting CDN issues

The following are examples of CDN related errors you might encounter:

[Global Edge CDN Not Displayed in Available CDN List](/docs/en/imageoptimizer-troubleshoot-cdn#%EB%B3%B4%EC%9C%A0CDN%EB%AA%A9%EB%A1%9D%EC%97%90GlobalEdgeCDN%EC%9D%B4%ED%91%9C%EC%8B%9C%EB%90%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%9D%8C) The CDN created through the Global Edge service does not appear in the list of available CDNs under the Image Optimizer service. When creating a project, the CDN generated in Global Edge is not visible in the list of available CDNs.
