Click each problematic situation to move to the related page. ## Common issues The common problematic situations users may encounter are as follows: [Volume resizing error](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-common#%EB%B3%BC%EB%A5%A8%EC%82%AC%EC%9D%B4%EC%A6%88%EC%B6%95%EC%86%8C%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) An error message appears when shrinking a volume. [Usage notation error](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-common#%EC%82%AC%EC%9A%A9%EB%9F%89%ED%91%9C%EA%B8%B0%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) The capacity did not decrease after deleting the data. [Failed to replicate](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-common#%EB%B3%B5%EC%A0%9C%EC%8B%A4%ED%8C%A8Classic) The replication fails while replicating a volume from a Classic to a VPC. ## Snapshot issues Snapshot-related issues that users may encounter are as follows: [NAS data error during snapshot use](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-snapshot#%EC%8A%A4%EB%83%85%EC%83%B7%EC%82%AC%EC%9A%A9%EC%A4%91NAS%EB%8D%B0%EC%9D%B4%ED%84%B0%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) A problem has been detected with NAS data during snapshot use. The problem seems to be with data from two days ago. [Deleting a snapshot after the snapshot recovers](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-snapshot#%EC%8A%A4%EB%83%85%EC%83%B7%EB%B3%B5%EA%B5%AC%ED%9B%84%EC%8A%A4%EB%83%85%EC%83%A5%EC%82%AD%EC%A0%9C) You recovered a snapshot from a specific time; all snapshots created since then have been deleted. [Volume information is not exposed when snapshots are set](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-snapshot#%EC%8A%A4%EB%83%85%EC%83%B7%EC%84%A4%EC%A0%95%EC%8B%9C%EB%B3%BC%EB%A5%A8%EC%A0%95%EB%B3%B4%EB%AF%B8%EB%85%B8%EC%B6%9C) When you try to set a snapshot from the Snapshot menu, the volume information does not appear. [Deleting snapshots](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-snapshot#%EC%8A%A4%EB%83%85%EC%83%B7%EC%82%AD%EC%A0%9C) The snapshot was deleted because there were too many data changes. ## Mount issues Mount-related issues that users may encounter are as follows: [Mounted server not responding](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-mount#%EB%A7%88%EC%9A%B4%ED%8A%B8%ED%95%9C%EC%84%9C%EB%B2%84%EC%9D%91%EB%8B%B5%EC%97%86%EC%9D%8C) - After you returned a NAS volume, there was no response from the server you mounted it on. - The server where you mounted the NAS volume is in a hang state after you returned it. [Mounting a VPC Server on a NAS created in a Classic](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-mount#Classic%ED%99%98%EA%B2%BD%EC%97%90%EC%84%9C%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1%ED%95%9CNAS%EC%97%90VPC%EC%84%9C%EB%B2%84%EB%A7%88%EC%9A%B4%ED%8A%B8) - You cannot mount a NAS created in a Classic to a VPC server instance. - You cannot add a VPC private IP when you set NFS for a NAS created in the Classic. [Errors when the NFS volume is mounted on a Windows server](/docs/en/nas-troubleshoot-mount#Windows%EC%84%9C%EB%B2%84%EC%97%90NFS%EB%B3%BC%EB%A5%A8%EB%A7%88%EC%9A%B4%ED%8A%B8%EC%8B%9C%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98) You mounted an NFS volume on a Windows server for shared use on Linux and Windows, but it is not working properly.
