# NCLUE troubleshooting

## Troubleshooting error messages

The following are examples of system messages you might encounter:

[Storage space shortage](/docs/en/nclue-troubleshoot-message#%EC%A0%80%EC%9E%A5%EA%B3%B5%EA%B0%84%EB%B6%80%EC%A1%B1) The system message displays DISK_SPACE_SHORTAGE.

[Duplicate user ID](/docs/en/nclue-troubleshoot-message#%EC%82%AC%EC%9A%A9%EC%9E%90%EC%95%84%EC%9D%B4%EB%94%94%EC%A4%91%EB%B3%B5) The system message displays DUPLICATE_USERID.
