# Web Security Checker troubleshooting

Available in Classic and VPC

This page lists problems you might run into when using Web Security Checker. Click on the error to see more details.

## Troubleshooting common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

[URL Collection](/docs/en/wsc-troubleshoot-common#URL%EC%88%98%EC%A7%91) URL is not being collected. It is unclear whether the URL has been collected.

[A specific domain is classified as "doNotScanned"](/docs/en/wsc-troubleshoot-common#%ED%8A%B9%EC%A0%95%EB%8F%84%EB%A9%94%EC%9D%B8%EC%9D%B4doNotScanned%EB%A1%9C%EB%B6%84%EB%A5%98%EB%90%A8) A specific domain has been classified as doNotScanned.

[False positives detected](/docs/en/wsc-troubleshoot-common#%EC%98%A4%ED%83%90%EC%A7%80%EB%B0%9C%EC%83%9D) False positives have been detected. I want to exclude false positives from the report.

[Diagnosis time](/docs/en/wsc-troubleshoot-common#%EC%A7%84%EB%8B%A8%EC%86%8C%EC%9A%94%EC%8B%9C%EA%B0%84) The diagnosis is taking too long. I’d like to know how long it takes to complete the diagnosis.
