You can learn about the Workspace menu interface layout and how to create, edit, and delete a Workspace. To access the Workspace menu, access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal and navigate to Console > i_menu > Services > AI Services > ML expert Platform.

Workspace interface

Here are the basics of how to use the Workspace interface:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Create a Workspace, view ML expert Platform details, and refresh the Workspace interface.
③ Post-creation features Edit or delete a Workspace.
④ Workspace list View the list of Workspaces in use and their information.

View the Workspace list

You can view the detailed information in the list of Workspaces in use. To view the information:

You can view the list if there is at least 1 Workspace in use. If no Workspaces have been created, the list will not be displayed on the Workspace interface.

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > ML expert Platform.
  2. Click the Workspace menu.
  3. When the list of Workspaces in use appears, you can view the summary or click a Workspace to see its details.
    • Workspace name: Workspace name.
    • Creation date: Time that the Workspace was first created.
    • Project name: Workspace project name.
    • Web console: Click i-nsr_setting_2 to go to the ML expert Platform web console interface.

Create Workspace

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > ML expert Platform.

  2. Click the Workspace menu.

  3. Click [Create Workspace].

  4. When the creation interface appears, follow the next steps in order.

Note
  • A Workspace can only be created with the main account.
  • Only 1 Workspace can be created per user.

1. Set Workspace

To configure information for the Workspace you want to create:

  1. When the Workspace settings interface appears, set the Workspace name.
  • Workspace name: Enter the name of the Workspace to be created.
    • Enter 3–61 characters using lowercase letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), and hyphens (-).
    • The first character must be an English letter and the last character must be an English letter or number.
    • Cannot use duplicates.
  1. Enter a memo, if needed.
  2. Click [Next].

2. Complete request

  1. Your request to create a Workspace has been completed.
  2. Click [OK] to return to the Workspace interface.
  3. Click [Go to Workspace] to access the dedicated ML expert Platform web console interface.

Delete Workspace

You can delete the selected Workspace. To delete it:

  1. When the Delete popup appears, enter the name of the Workspace you want to delete.
  2. Click [OK].
  3. Check that the Workspace has been deleted on the Workspace interface.
Caution

You cannot delete a Workspace if it still contains any projects or resources.
