Use robot performance metrics over specific time periods to measure productivity. Analyze the number of service requests and robot issues to gain insights into problems and improvement opportunities.
Analytics interface
The Analytics interface includes the following components:

| Component |
Description |
| ① Menu name |
Current menu name. |
| ② Time period filter |
Select the time period for viewing analytics data.- Select [Daily], [Weekly] (default), [Monthly], or manually choose a time range.
: Specify the time period for viewing analytics.- Last 5 minutes to Last 2 days: Set timeframe from the last 5 minutes up to 2 days.
: Expand the view period.- Click the icon or press [Ctrl]+[Z] to expand the view period.
- Example: Even when the view period is set to one day, you can still view historical data.
: Update analytics data.- Off: Disable automatic refresh.
- 5s to 1d: Update data automatically from every 5 seconds up to once daily.
: Hide the filter tab.- Click to hide the 4 icons above and the analytics dashboard name.

| ③ Performance analysis (robot status and operation rate) |
Robot operational metrics.- Robot count: Total number of robots.
- Operation rate: Percentage of robots currently online.
|
| ④ Uptime performance analysis |
Robot uptime metrics.- Total uptime: Time robots spend actively traveling to perform tasks. Excludes idle time when robots are powered on but at rest.
|
| ⑤ Distance performance analysis |
Robot movement metrics.- Total distance traveled: Total distance robots traveled while following commands from ARC brain.
|
| ⑥ Completed task performance analysis |
Task completion metrics.- Total tasks completed: Number of tasks completed by robots in response to service requests.
|
| ⑦ Service request analysis |
Service request data aggregated and categorized by type. |
| ⑧ Robot issue analysis |
Robot issues from operational services, aggregated by category.- Robot issue types:
- Resource shortages:
- CPU usage at 95% or higher.
- Memory usage at 75% or higher.
- Disk space exceeded.
- Low battery
- No battery
- E-stopped
- Network error

Data module configuration
Data modules in the analytics interface include the following components:
Note
This example uses the robot uptime metrics from the performance analysis categories. The configuration may vary depending on the data type.
- Example: Uptime performance metrics module

| Component |
Description |
| ① Total |
Summary of totals for each data item.- Title: Label representing the data.
- Data: Total movement time during the selected period.
- Displays the data value with its unit of measurement.
|

Displays analytics data analyzed by period and time in graph format.- {Hourly/Daily/Weekly} metrics title: Data metrics for the specified time period.
- X-axis: Time period for data aggregation.
- Y-axis: Unit of measurement for the data.
- Graph: Graph type that best represents the data, such as bar, line, or pie chart.
- Data details: Hover over a specific area in the graph to view exact values for that time period.
|
| ③ Robot ranking |
Displays rankings based on aggregate results over the selected time period (top 1 to 5).- Title: Robot ranking title for each data item.
- X-axis: Unit of measurement for the data.
- Y-axis: Names of robots within the top 5 rankings.
- Graph: Bar graph showing data measurements.
- Data details: Hover over a specific area in the graph to view exact values for that time period.
