You may encounter the following problems when you use ARC eye: View the causes and solutions by problem and take proper action.
Upload failed
The ARC eye Scan app says the video upload completed, but the console says the upload failed.
Cause
An unknown error may occur during the process of uploading the video on the console, so the video may not be uploaded on the console. Or the video may not be uploaded on the console due to the problem of the video itself.
Solution
Delete the video on the console and upload the video on the ARC eye Scan app again or retake a video to upload it again.
Data preparation failed
The status of the video uploaded on the console is displayed as Data preparation failed.
Cause
An unknown error may occur during the process of preparing data for tagging, so the data preparation may fail. Or the data preparation may fail due to the problem of the video itself.
Solution
Delete the video on the console and upload the video on the ARC eye Scan app again or retake a video to upload it again.
No status change after tagging
Tagging is completed, but the status of the video is not changed to Creating object.
Cause
An unknown error may occur, so the status of the video may not be changed on rare occasions after tagging.
Solution
Proceed from the project creation step again.
Object creation failed
After tagging is completed, the status of the video is displayed as Object creation failed.
Cause
An unknown error may occur during tagging, so the object may not be created successfully.
Solution
Click the [Tagging] button on the video of the Object screen and proceed with tagging again.
