Visual Object Tracking problem
The problematic situations related to Visual Object Tracking you may encounter are as follows:
Upload failed
The ARC eye Scan app says the video upload completed, but the console says the upload failed.
Data preparation failed
The status of the video uploaded on the console is displayed as Data preparation failed.
No status change after tagging
Tagging is completed, but the status of the video is not changed into Creating the object.
Object creation failed
After tagging is completed, the status of the video is displayed as Object creation failed.
