Logo Guidelines

Logo Guidelines is a menu that provides guidance on the logo uploaded when creating or editing a service in Service Management.

Logo with BG

• Size: 280x280
• Create a square image. (It appears as a circle on screen.)
• Use a solid BG color. Avoid dark colors.
• The symbol must not overlap the minimum margin defined in the guidelines and must be centered.

Logo without BG

• Size: Maximum width 240 x fixed height 160
• Do not use a BG. Use a light-colored symbol. Dark-colored symbols may not be clearly visible on screen.
• The symbol must not overlap the minimum margin defined in the guidelines and must be centered.

Color and white logos

• Size: 680x236
• Create and register both full-color and white logo versions.
• Do not use a BG. For the full-color version, use a light-colored logo. Dark-colored symbols may not be clearly visible on screen.
• The symbol must not overlap the minimum margin defined in the guidelines and must be centered.
• Used only in the desktop app.

Outro logo

• Size: Select either horizontal (maximum width 1950 x fixed height 240) or vertical (maximum width 960 x fixed height 480).
• Create the logo in white. (Grayscale can also be used.)
• Use a transparent BG. The logo must be sized to fit exactly with no margins.
• The outro appears for 3 seconds after the live stream ends.
• Images 4 and 5 are the same.

Outro message

You can enter up to 65 bytes for the outro message.

Watermark logo

• Size: Select either horizontal (maximum width 1950 x fixed height 240) or vertical (maximum width 960 x fixed height 480).
• Create the logo in white. (Grayscale can also be used.)
• Use a transparent BG. The logo must be sized to fit exactly with no margins.
• The watermark appears in the bottom-right corner of the stream for 10 seconds every minute after going live.
• Images 4 and 5 are the same.
