Notice Management

Notice Management describes the Notice Management interface and how to register, edit, and delete notices. Notices you register are displayed to users in the PRISM Live Studio PC and mobile apps.

Notice Management interface

The Notice Management interface includes the following components:

① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Features displayed when you first access the Notice Management menu.
  • [Learn more]: Go to the B2B PRISM Live Studio overview page.
[Register notice] Click to register a notice.
④ Search filter Filter for searching notices.
  • Default value: Title.
  • Options: Title, notice number.
⑤ Notice count Number of notices displayed per page.
  • Default value: 15
  • Options: 15, 30, 50, 100
⑥ Notice list List of registered notices.
  • Number: Automatically assigned number.
  • Category: Notice category.
  • Title: Click to go to the edit page.
  • Visibility: Y (public) / N (private).
  • Date registered: Based on GMT+09:00.
  • Last modified date: Displays "-" if no edits have been made.
Delete Deletes notices with visibility set to N (private).
  • Default value: Disabled.
  • Enabled when you select the checkbox for notices with visibility set to N.

Register a notice

To register a notice:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu **> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio.

  2. Click the Notice Management menu.

  3. Click [Register notice].

  4. When the Register notice interface appears, configure the following:
    Notice settings

    Type
    Visibility
    Posting period
    Select service
    Device

    Write content

    Item Description
    Language
    Title
    Content
    Upload image
  5. After entering all required information, click [Save].

    • The notice is saved, and you are redirected to the list page.
Note

If you click [Cancel], a confirmation popup appears asking if you want to leave the page. If you click [OK], your changes are not saved and you leave the page.

Edit a notice

To edit a registered notice:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu **> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio.
  2. Click the Notice Management menu.
  3. In the notice list, click the title of the notice you want to edit.
  4. When the Edit notice interface appears, update the content.
    • Uploaded images are displayed as thumbnails. You can delete them by clicking [X] in the top-right corner of the image.
  5. After making changes, click [Save].

Delete a notice

You can delete notices with visibility set to N (Private).

Note

Notices with visibility set to Y (Public) cannot be deleted. To delete a notice, first change the visibility to N.

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu **> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio.
  2. Click the Notice Management menu.
  3. In the notice list, select the checkbox for the notice you want to delete.
    • Only notices with visibility set to N can be selected.
  4. When the [Delete] button becomes enabled, click it.
  5. Click [OK] when the "Delete this notice?" notification appears.
    • The notice is deleted, and the page refreshes.
