Notification Setting explains the configuration of the Notification Setting page and how to set notifications.
By setting a notification, you can receive event history that occurred in the channel and reasons for failure to upload recording files via SMS or email.

Notification Setting page

The Notification Setting page is laid out as follows:

Area Description
① Menu name Name of the menu currently being viewed
② Basic features Features displayed when entering the Notification Setting menu for the first time
  • [Learn more about the product] button: click to go to the B2B PRISM Live Station introduction page
  • [Refresh] button: click to refresh the list
Event settings Click to Set notifications for events that occur in the channel
④ Channel list A list of channels where you can set up notifications

Set notifications

To set notifications for events that occur in services, follow these steps:

  1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio.
  2. Click the Notification Setting menu.
  3. Click to select a channel you want to set notifications for and click the [Event settings] button.
  4. In Event Setting, select Enable for notification.
  5. In the notification items, click i-livestation_disable of the item you want to receive notifications for.
    • You can receive notifications for items marked with i-livestation_enable2.
  6. Click the [Set notification recipients] button.
  7. Select the recipient of the notification, click the [Add] button, and click the [OK] button.

  8. Click [OK].
    • The notification settings are completed and the Event settings status is changed to ON.
