My page

Available in Classic and VPC

The B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app provides the My page menu to offer user information and user activity information in the app. To go to the My page menu, follow these steps: Launch the app, and then click the icon displayed in the top right conner of the page to go to the My page menu.

My information area

The My information area exists at the top of My page. The My information area consists of the profile icon, nickname, and unique number. The profile icon and nickname are sourced from the information viewed from the social platform used when signing up for the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app or the live platform of the company signed up for the service. The unique number is a distinctive identification number assigned to the user in the app. When reporting issues related to the app usage to the B2B PRISM Live Studio team, forwarding the unique number together enables swift identification of and accurate response to the issue.

You can find the button at the right side of the nickname in the My information area. The button enables you to go to the settings menu of the app.

LIVE area

The LIVE area is where the list of Live broadcast conducted by the user on the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is displayed. Click the individual Live broadcast item from the list to go to the Details page of the Live broadcast. On the Details page, the [Share] button that allows you share the live platform's statistical information and details of the Live broadcast and the [Open URL] button that directs you to the Live broadcast are provided.

View all

You can go to the entire list of Live broadcast through the [View all] button in the top right corner of the LIVE area. Each item in the Live broadcast list includes LIVE item information and the [View more LIVE items] button.

LIVE item information

LIVE item information consists of the Live broadcast thumbnail, Live broadcast duration, Live broadcast title, platform channel name, platform icon, and Live broadcast date. You can find the button in the top right corner of each item.

View more LIVE items

Clicking the button for each individual LIVE item displays a functional list layer for the item at the bottom of the app screen. The items in this list include the [Share] and [Delete] features. Click the [Share] button to share details of the Live broadcast externally. Click the [Delete] button to delete the item from the Live broadcast list. Note that deletion at this stage means deleting the item from the app's internal list and does not mean deleting Live broadcast from the live platform.

VIDEO area

The VIDEO area is where the list of videos shot and edited by the user on the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app is displayed. Each item in the list includes information such as video thumbnail, video duration, video title, and the date of video creation or the most recent edit. Clicking each item directs you to the app's video editing menu where the video file is applied. You can find the button in the top right corner of each item.

View more VIDEO items

Clicking the button for each individual VIDEO item displays a functional list layer for the item at the bottom of the app screen. The list includes the [Rename] and [Delete] features. Click the [Rename] button to change the title in the video's list. The file names of videos shot or edited in the app have the default name Prism video. Click the [Delete] button to delete the item from the video list.
