This section introduces the help for the PRISM Live Studio PC app provided to you and how to manage your account.

Help

Go to Main menu > Help to find help items on how to use the PRISM Live Studio PC app.

Program information

The PRISM Live Studio PC app displays the version of the update currently installed.

  • Versioning rules: for example, in version 4.1.6, the first digit (4) indicates a major update, the second digit (1) a minor update, and the third digit (6) a hotfix update.
  • The versioning system operates differently for Windows and macOS apps.

You can view open source license information used in the PRISM Live Studio PC app.

PRISM help

Go to the PC app tab for PRISM Live Studio help. You can find general questions and answers about using the app overall on this page. If you can't find the information you need on this page, check the PRISM blog and guide or use the Contact us on PRISM page to submit an inquiry.

PRISM privacy policy

Privacy Policy describes the process of collecting, using, and processing the personal information of app users by NAVER Cloud Corporation, the provider of the app. To use the app, you must agree to the Privacy Policy, and the agreement process is included in the signup process.

PRISM blog and guide

Go to the official PRISM Live Studio blog. The blog provides major updates, announcements, and detailed feature guides for both PC and mobile apps.

PRISM Discord

Go to the official PRISM Live Studio Discord server. This is an open community space where users of the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app can share information.

Contact us on PRISM

You can ask questions or report issues while using the app. Clicking this menu opens the inquiry window and sends an email to the official PRISM Live Studio team address.
Fill out the following fields and click the [Send] button to submit:

  • Email for response
  • Select inquiry type
  • Inquiry details and file attachment

The more detailed your environment info and inquiry, the easier it will be for the PRISM Live Studio team to identify the issue and provide support.

Account management

Change account

Go to Settings > General > PRISM account > [Log out] to log out. Then log in with a different account. When you log out, all settings and account-connected channels are initialized.

Delete account

To delete your account, go to Settings > General > PRISM account > [Delete account] to unsubscribe from the PRISM service. Once you delete your account, you cannot recover it.

Reset password

For general users, you can change the password of the account signed up by email.
Go to Settings > General > PRISM account > Change password to set a new password.

  • Password requirements: must be between 6 and 20 characters, including letters, numbers, and special characters.

When your account is locked

If a general user enters the wrong password repeatedly on the password screen, the account will be locked.
Try again after 1 hour, or click the [Forgot password?] button to reset the password.
