This section explains the system requirements, installation method, updates, and supported languages for the PRISM Live Studio mobile app.

System requirements

The specifications for the PRISM Live Studio mobile app are as follows:

Android

App installation

To install the PRISM Live Studio mobile app, download the version suited for your device from the following path:

Install the app for each environment by clicking the [Download] button under PRISM Live Studio

Update notifications

If an update is available, a popup window appears when launching the PRISM Live Studio mobile app. If you click [Do not show again] or [Close] on the update popup window and want to check again, click the b2bpls_profile icon at the top right of the screen, go to the Settings menu, and click Notices and updates > Update tab.

Note

We recommend always using the latest version of the PRISM Live Studio app for both PC and mobile.

Supported languages

The PRISM Live Studio mobile app currently supports Korean, English, Indonesian, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese. It follows the default language setting of your device.
