This section describes the signup and login process for both general users and service users who want to use the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app.

• General user: user who streams Live broadcast on a general platform irrespective of using B2B PRISM Live Studio
• Service user: user who streams Live broadcast on the live platform of a company using B2B PRISM Live Studio

Signup and login for general users

Signup and login for general users describes how to sign up and log in for users who stream Live broadcast on a general live platform irrespective of using the service.

Signup for general users

Using the features of the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app requires signing up for B2B PRISM Live Studio. Users can sign up as B2B PRISM Live Studio members using their social media accounts or email addresses.

• Install the B2B PRISM Live Studio app on a smartphone device through markets such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Upon launching the B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app, a splash screen appears briefly to initialize app features before transitioning to the signup and login page.
• If you have no prior signup history, click the social media account login button to log in with the social media account and sign up for B2B PRISM Live Studio simultaneously. Signing up for the service includes the process of agreeing to the Terms of use{target=_blank}, so the signup process is completed after agreeing to all items.
• If you want to sign up with your email address, set the email address and desired password, and then go through the process for agreeing to the Terms of use{target=_blank}.

Login for general users

If you have a prior signup history for B2B PRISM Live Studio, you can log in to the app with the same social media account or email address used when signing up.

• The Terms of use agreement page is not presented during the login process.
  • You can check the Terms of use at the bottom of the app's signup and login page or in the settings menu after logging in.
• Once you are logged in, you are directed to the app's home screen.
• You can select the very top functional modes from the tab at the bottom of the home screen. The tab includes the [CONNECT], [LIVE], [VIDEO], and [PHOTO] modes.​
  • [CONNECT] mode: provides features that enable connecting with the B2B PRISM Live Studio PC app.
  • [LIVE] mode: provides the Live streaming feature.
  • [VIDEO] mode: provides the video recording feature.
  • [PHOTO] mode: provides the photo capturing feature.

Signup and login for service users

Signup and login for service users describes how to sign up and log in for users who stream Live broadcast on the platform of a company using the service.

Signup for service users

Streamers who stream Live broadcast on the service users' live platform on the B2B PRISM Live Studio app need to sign up as a B2B PRISM Live Studio member. Unlike general users, using social media accounts and email addresses is not allowed. Sign up for B2B PRISM Live Studio using the service user's live platform account.

• B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app's signup and login page provides social media account login buttons such as [Google], [NAVER], [Continue with Facebook], [Continue with Apple], and the [NAVER Cloud B2B] button at the bottom of the page. Streamers who stream on the service users' live platform sign up as a B2B PRISM Live Studio member through the buttons.
• Clicking the [NAVER Cloud B2B] button directs you to the login screen of the service user's live platform. Use the live platform account information to complete the login. The B2B PRISM Live Studio mobile app starts the signup process with the login information. Like the signup process of general users, signup is compete after going through the Terms of use{target=_blank} agreement process.
• While general users sign up using their social media accounts or email addresses, Streamers who stream on the service users' live platform sign up as a B2B PRISM Live Studio member using the service users' live platform account information.

Login for service users

If a service user's live platform Streamer has a B2B PRISM Live Studio signup history, the Streamer can log in to the app through the [NAVER Cloud B2B] button, like the Streamer did during the signup.

• The Terms of use{target=_blank} agreement page is not presented during the login process.
  • You can check the Terms of use{target=_blank} at the bottom of the app's signup and login page or in the settings menu after logging in.
    ​* Once you are logged in, you are directed to the app's home screen.
