You can stream broadcasts on the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app in the same environment configured for customer service using NAVER Cloud Platform's B2B PRISM Live Studio. You can learn more about how to use B2B PRISM Live Studio from Getting started with B2B PRISM Live Studio and Using B2B PRISM Live Studio, but first look at all the quickstarts for using it. Training on the quickstart before checking how to use allows you to use B2B PRISM Studio more efficiently.
The overall sequence of using B2B PRISM Live Studio and description of each sequence are as follows:

1. Set usage permissions
2. Request subscription
3. Create service
4. Enter service preferences
5. Implement and integrate APIs
6. Enable service
7. Log in through PRISM Live Studio app integration
8. Add platform channels
9. Start live streaming
10. Manage and view statistics

1. Set usage permissions

If multiple users need to manage and share B2B PRISM Live Studio, permissions can be set and operated by user. You can configure the permissions as administrator and user through Sub Account in NAVER Cloud Platform, and roles can be defined for each permission. Usage permission settings are not required, so you can set or cancel the settings at any time in situations where permission is required while using B2B PRISM Live Studio.

Sub Account is a service provided free of charge upon subscription. For more information on Sub Account and its pricing plan, see Services > Management & Governance > Sub Account on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.

2. Request subscription

To use the B2B PRISM Live Studio service, you must complete the service subscription through NAVER Cloud Platform. Once the subscription is complete, you can create a service, which is the basic unit required to start live streaming.

3. Create service

Create a service, the basic unit for providing the live streaming service. After logging into the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app with your service, you can add channels for each streaming platform.

4. Enter service preferences

To properly stream from your registered customer service through the B2B PRISM Live Studio service on NAVER Cloud Platform, you must enter the custom API specifications used by your service.

5. Implement and integrate APIs

Integrate the service you registered in B2B PRISM Live Studio with the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app. Based on the information entered in Step 4. Enter service preferences, implement APIs to configure additional features.

6. Enable service

Enable the customer service that will be used for live streaming through the B2B PRISM Live Studio service. Once enabled, you can log in to the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app using [NAVER Cloud B2B], add platform channels for your service, and start streaming.

Caution

Enabling the service initiates charges. Enable only those services that have completed API implementation and will be used for actual live streaming.

7. Log in through PRISM Live Studio app integration

In the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app, access via [NAVER Cloud B2B], then enter the name of the service that has been enabled as ON to log in.

8. Add platform channels

After logging in to the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app, create the channel to be used for streaming.

9. Start live streaming

Live stream through the created channel. You can apply various features provided by the PRISM Live Studio PC/mobile app to the live broadcast or set the streaming environment before streaming live broadcasts. You can also set the live mode by purpose. You can check information about channels with a history of live streaming in i_menu > Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio > Live Channel management on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

10. Manage and view statistics

Manage the created services and channels and view statistics for streamed lives. You can efficiently manage the services and channels you want to use through the activation feature of the service and the blocking feature of the channel. Events from services and channels are collected to provide log information. Additionally, statistics for live sessions are provided, allowing you to easily check and manage the service usage status through graphical representation.
