In Live Channel management, you can find the guides on the layout of the Live Channel management screen, how to check channel logs and details, and how to block or unblock channels.
You can create channels in the PRISM Live Studio app. In the console, only the features to check information about channels with live streaming history and to block or unblock channels is available.
Live Channel management screen
The Live Channel management screen is laid out as follows:

Check channel logs
To check channel logs, follow these steps:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio. - Click the Live Channel management menu.
- Set information for the channel you want to view the logs for and click the [Search] button.
- In the channel list, click to select the channel you want to view the logs for and click the [Logs] button.
- The Channel Logs popup window appears, allowing you to check the logs for the channel.
- Click the [Download] button to download the logs as an Excel file.
Log history
The following are the details of the collected logs:

Check channel details
To check channel details, follow these steps:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio. - Click the Live Channel management menu.
- Set information of the channel you want to view the details for and click the [Search] button.
- In the channel list, click to select the channel you want to view the details for and click the [Details] button.
- You can check the details for the channel in the channel information popup window.
- Basic information
- Channel ID: ID of the channel
- Service ID: ID of the service to which the channel belongs
- Channel name: name of the channel entered when creating the channel
- Channel activation status: activation status of the channel
- true: activated
- false: deactivated
- Channel description: description of the channel
- Channel tag list: information about the tags added to the channel
- Channel subscribers: number of channel subscribers
- Live ID: live ID used when viewing broadcasts
- Streaming device information
- Broadcast information: information about the streamed broadcast
- Video Seq: video unit
- Broadcast status: streaming status of the broadcast being streamed
- Broadcast resolution: resolution of the video being streamed
- Streaming FPS: number of frames streamed per second
- Streaming device OS: OS of the device that streamed the broadcast
- Streaming device OS version: OS version of the device that streamed the broadcast
- Streaming device PRISM version: version of the PRISM Live Studio app that streamed the broadcast
- Streaming device name: name of the device that streamed the broadcast
- Go live time: time when the broadcast began to be streamed
- Broadcast end time: time when broadcast streaming ended
Block channels
You can block a channel from being able to stream a live broadcast.
Blocking a channel currently streaming a broadcast immediately forces the broadcast to end. Review carefully to see if the channel is the right channel to block before blocking a channel.
To block a channel, follow these steps:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio. - Click the Live Channel management menu.
- Set information for the channel you want to block and click the [Search] button.
- In the channel list, click to select the channel you want to block and click the [Block] button.
- Check the details in the warning popup window and click the [OK] button.
- The channel is blocked, and live broadcasts cannot be streamed through the channel any more.
Unblock channels
Unblock a blocked channel to resume live streaming.
To unblock a blocked channel, follow these steps:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > B2B PRISM Live Studio. - Click the Live Channel management menu.
- Set information for the channel you want to unblock and click the [Search] button.
- In the channel list, click to select the channel you want to unblock and click the [Unblock] button.
- Check the details in the warning popup window and click the [OK] button.
- The channel is unblocked, and you can resume live streaming through the channel.
