- General user: user who streams live broadcast on a general platform irrespective of using B2B PRISM Live Studio
- Service user: user who streams live broadcast on the live platform of a company using B2B PRISM Live Studio
Signup and login for general users
Signup and login for general users describes how to sign up and log in for users who stream live broadcast on a general live platform irrespective of using B2B PRISM Live Studio.
Signup for general users
Using the features of the PRISM Live Studio PC app requires signing up for PRISM Live Studio. Users can sign up for PRISM Live Studio using their social media account or email address.
To subscribe to PRISM Live Studio, follow these steps:
- Install the PRISM Live Studio PC app through the official PRISM website.
- When you run the PRISM Live Studio PC app, the signup and login page is displayed.
- If you have no prior signup history, click the social media account [Login] button to log in with the social media account and sign up for PRISM Live Studio simultaneously.
- Signing up for the service includes the process of agreeing to the Terms of Use, and the signup process is completed after agreeing to all items.
- To sign up with an email address, set your email and password, then agree to the Terms of Use.
Login for general users
If you have a prior signup history for PRISM Live Studio, you can log in to the app with the same social media account or email address used when signing up.
- The Terms of Use agreement page is not presented during the login process.
- You can view the Terms of Use at the bottom of the app's signup and login page.
- Once you are logged in, you are directed to the app's main screen.

Signup and login for service users describes how to sign up and log in for users who stream live broadcast on the live platform of a company using B2B PRISM Live Studio
Signup for service users
Streamers who stream live broadcast on the service users' live platform on the PRISM Live Studio PC app need to sign up as a B2B PRISM Live Studio member. To use the enterprise streaming service, you must complete the B2B PRISM Live Studio service subscription through NAVER Cloud Platform.
The signup process for service users is as follows:
- Install the PRISM Live Studio PC app through the official PRISM website.
- When you run the PRISM Live Studio PC app, the signup and login page is displayed.
- Service users should click the [NAVER Cloud B2B] login button.
- Enter the service name and proceed with login.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, check the box, and click the [Agree] button.
- Once you complete, the service user account is successfully created.
Login for service users
If you've already signed up for PRISM Live Studio, you can log in by clicking the [NAVER Cloud B2B] button, the same way you did during signup.
- The Terms of Use agreement page is not presented during the login process.
- You can view the Terms of Use at the bottom of the app's signup and login page.
- After logging in through authentication based on the service API implementation, you are directed to the app's main screen.
