You can obtain and use SSL/TLS certificates from NAVER Cloud Trust Services, a trusted certificate authority.
Issued certificates work properly with compatible operating systems and software. Before use, be sure to check the compatibility of the issued certificate.
Compatibility of issued certificates
Check the operating systems and software versions in which certificates issued by NAVER Cloud Trust Services function properly.

- You can check in advance whether the operating system and software you are using are working normally by accessing the Test website to which the issued certificate has been applied.
- If the client environment using SSL/TLS communication is an incompatible version or software, the NAVER Cloud Trust Services root certificate must be installed in the client environment to enable normal communication. To install the root certificate, see Certificate compatibility and root certificate installation.
JAVA compatibility
Check the JAVA OpenJDK providers and versions in which the certificate issued by NAVER Cloud Trust Services works normally.

In accordance with CA/B Forum Ballot SC-081v3, the maximum validity period of certificates issued by Certificate Manager is reduced to 199 days starting from February 12, 2026.
In accordance with CA/B Forum Ballot SC-090, support for email-based domain control validation for certificates issued by Certificate Manager is discontinued starting from February 12, 2026.

The issued certificate supports VPC WAF integrations only with the Advanced type. To update VPC WAF certificates, request it through Customer Support. (Select Security > Security Monitoring > WAF for inquiry type.)
