- Create LINE business account

Create LINE business account
The following shows how to create a LINE business account.
- Connect to LINE business center (https://www.linebiz.com/jp-en/other/).
- Click the [Create a LINE official account for free] button.
- Click Create account.
- Click the [Register with LINE account] or [Start with an email] button to create an account.
- Enter the account information, and then click the [Next] button.
- After checking the account information entered, click the [Submit] button.
- Once the request for an account is completed, click the [Log in to LINE official account manager] button.
Check channel ID and channel secret value
The following describes how to check the channel ID and channel secret value required for linking with LINE messenger.
- Connect to LINE business center (https://manager.line.biz/).
- Click the account name.
- You will be redirected to the management page.
- From the management page's top right, click Settings > Messaging API > [Turn on messaging API] button.
- When the developer information registration window appears, enter the developer information, and then click the [Agree] button.
- Enter the operation staff in charge, and then click the [Agree] button.
- When the confirmation window for turning on the messaging API appears, click the [OK] button.
- Copy the channel ID and channel secret from the messaging API page.
- Channel ID: Unique ID of a created channel.
- Channel secret: The ID's unique value
Check channel access token value
The following describes how to check and edit the webhook URL and channel token information in LINE Developers.
- Access LINE Developers (https://developers.line.biz/console/).
- Click the account name.
- You can check the channel ID and channel secret in the Basic settings tab.
- Click the Messaging API tab.
- Messaging settings: Check and modify the information related to messaging
- Webhook URL: Enter the webhook URL. Enter the invoke URL value created in Basic linkage of CLOVA Chatbot and API Gateway as the webhook URL, click Update, and then click Verify.
- Allow bot to join group chats: Group chat settings
- Auto-reply messages: Set auto-reply messages
- Greeting messages: Set initial greeting message
- Channel access token: Channel access token settings
- Click the [Issue] button of the channel access token.
- The channel access token can be regenerated whenever you want.
- Copy the created channel access token and save it.
LINE linkage settings in chatbot builder
The following describes how to set up linkage with LINE in the chatbot builder.
- Complete the preliminary preparation.
- Link API Gateway
- Copy channel ID and channel secret
- Copy channel access token
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > CLOVA Chatbot > Domain menus, in that order.
- Click the [Run builder] button of the domain you want to run the chatbot builder.
- From the chatbot builder, click Chatbot settings > [Link messenger] button.
- Enable LINE,, and then click the [Link] button.
- Enter the channel ID and channel secret in the Step 1 area of Messenger linkage settings.
- Enter the channel access token value in the Step 2 area.
- Click the [Link] button.
