Available in Classic and VPC
To subscribe to the CLOVA Chatbot service, you must first register as a member on NAVER Cloud Platform and then complete the service application process for CLOVA Chatbot.
This is how to subscribe to and unsubscribe from the CLOVA Chatbot service through NAVER Cloud Platform.
Subscribe to the service
To subscribe:
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
- Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
- Click
in the upper-left corner of the console interface. - Navigate to Services > AI Services > CLOVA Chatbot.
- Click [Subscription].
- When the terms of service appear, agree to the terms of service and click [Yes].
- When the window for creating a domain appears, create a domain by referring to the Create domains.
Unsubscribe from the service
To unsubscribe from the service:
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
- Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
- Click in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
- Navigate to Services > AI Services > CLOVA Chatbot.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click Product in use, and then click Unsubscribe from product.
