    To use the CLOVA Chatbot service, you must sign up as a member of NAVER Cloud Platform, and then request subscription to the CLOVA Chatbot.
    This document describes how to request subscription to or cancel the CLOVA Chatbot service through NAVER Cloud Platform.

    Request subscription

    The following describes how to request subscription to the service.

    1. Access the console in NAVER Cloud Platform.
    2. Enter the ID and password on the login page, and then click the [Login] button.
    3. Click the Services > CLOVA Chatbot menus in that order.
    4. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    5. When the service's Terms and Conditions appear, agree to the terms and conditions, and then click the [Yes] button.
    6. When the Create domain window appears, create a domain by referring to Create domain.

    Cancel subscription

    The following describes how to cancel the subscription to the service.

    1. Access the console in NAVER Cloud Platform.
    2. Enter the ID and password on the login page, and then click the [Login] button.
    3. Click Services > CLOVA Chatbot > Subscription.
    4. Click Product in use > Cancel subscription.
