You might run into the following problems when using Cloud Log Analytics: Find out causes and possible solutions.

Lost install key

I lost my Install Key.

Solution

Check the install key for the service collecting logs
To check the install key for the service collecting logs, follow these steps:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click i_menu > Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Log Analytics in order.
  2. Click the Management menu.
  3. Click the tab for the service you want to check.
  4. Click the service currently collecting logs.
  5. In the Details section, check the Install Key.

Check the install key for the service no longer collecting logs
If log collection has stopped, you can obtain the install key by setting up log collection again. The install command for the log collection agent will include the install key. In the console, see Log Collection Settings in Console.

Unable to unsubscribe

I can't unsubscribe.

Cause

If you use the log management features of Cloud Log Analytics in PaaS services on NAVER Cloud Platform such as Cloud DB for MySQL, Cloud DB for MSSQL, and Cloud DB for MongoDB, you cannot unsubscribe from Cloud Log Analytics.

Solution

Check whether you are using services such as Cloud DB for MySQL, Cloud DB for MSSQL, or Cloud DB for MongoDB, and then unsubscribe from or return the corresponding service.
