You can edit your data box, change its NAS capacity, reset the password for infrastructure services, or change your SSL VPN account after the data box's initial setup.
Edit data box's name
You can edit the name set when the data box was created.
To edit your data box's name, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Click the [Edit box name] button of the data box whose name you want to change.

- Enter a new name and click the [OK] button.
Edit data box
You can edit the infrastructure services selected when the data box was created. To edit your box, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Click the [Edit box] button of the data box you want to edit.

- Select an infrastructure product.

- Configure access information for the Connect server, the Cloud Hadoop server, and the TensorFlow (CPU/GPU) server to be newly created.

- Review the edits and click the [OK] button.
Change NAS capacity
You can change the NAS volume capacity applied for at the time of your data box's creation.
To change the capacity of the NAS volume, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Click the [View server details] button of the data box whose NAS capacity you want to change.

- Go to the [Infrastructure] tab, select NAS, and click the [Change NAS capacity] button.

- Edit the volume capacity and click the [OK] button.
- The base volume capacity for NAS ranges from 500 GB to 10,000 GB, and you can increase it by 100 GB.
- You cannot reduce the volume capacity to less than what is currently in use.
Reset password
You can change the password for the infrastructure services applied for at the time of your data box's creation.
To reset the password for the infrastructure services applied for at the time of the data box's creation, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Click the [View server details] button of the data box.
- Go to the [Infrastructure] tab, select the service for which you want to reset the password, and click the [Reset password] button.

- Select the account, enter a new password, and click the [OK] button.
Changing the password for Cloud Hadoop only affects the Ambari access password. Passwords for other services of Cloud Hadoop must be changed through direct modification of service-specific configuration.
Reboot server
You can reboot servers if an issue occurs with your data box's Connect server, TensorFlow server, or general servers or if it becomes necessary otherwise.
To reboot the servers of the data box, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Click the [View server details] button of the data box.
- Go to the [Infrastructure] tab, select the server to reboot, and click the [Reboot server] button.

Change SSL VPN account information
This section describes how to change SSL VPN account information.
Change the number of SSL VPN user accounts
You can change the number of SSL VPN accounts applied for at the time of your data box's creation.
To change the number of SSL VPN users, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Go to the data box tab and click the [Change SSL VPN quantity] button.
- Change the number of users in the SSL VPN quantity change window and click the [OK] button.
- The selected number cannot be lower than the number of registered users.
- You can apply for up to 3 times the number of created Connect servers.
Reset SSL VPN user account password
If you have forgotten the password for the SSL VPN user account, you can reset it.
To reset the password for the SSL VPN user account, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Go to the data box tab and click the [Configure SSL VPN user] button.
- Click the [Edit] button on the user account whose password you want to change.
- Update your password and click the [OK] button.
Delete SSL VPN user account
To delete an SSL VPN user account, follow these steps:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space in order. - Go to the data box tab and click the [Configure SSL VPN user] button.
- Click the [Delete] button on the user account you want to remove from the SSL VPN user list.
- Click the [Close] button.
