This section describes how to manage subscriptions for Cloud Data Box and how to return data box.

Subscribe to Cloud Data Box

To use Cloud Data Box, you must agree to its terms of service and complete the subscription. The agreement and subscription are only required during your initial sign-up.
To subscribe to Cloud Data Box, follow these steps:

  1. Access NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
  3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
  4. Click i_menu in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
  5. Click Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box in order.
  6. Click the [Request Data Box] button.
  7. Read the terms of service, agree to them, and then click the [OK] button.

Unsubscribe to Cloud Data Box

Your subscription is terminated when you return all Cloud Data Boxes in use. For more information on how to return Cloud Data Box, see "Returning Cloud Data Box".

Return Cloud Data Box

You can return Cloud Data Box when you no longer use it.
To return Cloud Data Box, follow these steps:

  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
  3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
  4. Click i_menu in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
  5. Access NAVER Cloud Platform's console and click Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box in order.
  6. Select the checkbox of the data box you want to return.
  7. Click the [Return Data Box] button.

  8. When the data box return prompt appears, enter the name of the data box and click the [OK] button.

Note
  • If you have an unexpired Insight Pro or Insight Option contract, a penalty will incur upon cancellation.
  • The NAS for file export requests will be retained for 7 days and can be reused when you create a new data box.
