Describes how to request and cancel Cloud Data Box subscription and how to terminate a databox.
Request Cloud Data Box subscription
To use Cloud Data Box, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete a subscription request. Consenting to the Terms and Conditions and requesting subscription is required only once.
The following describes how to request subscription to Cloud Data Box.
- Connect to the console in NAVER Cloud Platform.
- Click Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box menus, in that order.
- Click the [Request databox] button.
- Read the Terms and Conditions, agree to them, and then click the [Confirm] button.
Cancel Cloud Data Box subscription
Subscription is canceled when you terminate all the Cloud Data Boxes you were using. For more details about how to terminate Cloud Data Box, refer to Terminate Cloud Data Box.
Terminate Cloud Data Box
You can terminate Cloud Data Box if you no longer use Cloud Data Box.
You can terminate Cloud Data Box as follows.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box menus, in that order.
- Mark the checkbox for the databox you want to terminate.
- Click the [Terminate databox] button.
- When the databox termination window appears, enter the databox name, and then click the [Confirm] button.
Note
- If you've subscribed to Insight Pro Option or Insight Option, then a cancellation fee will be charged if your contract period hasn't ended.
- The NAS for file export request is maintained for 7 days. When you create a new databox, you can reuse this NAS again.
