Troubleshoot common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Creation limit
Unable to create a project.
A notification about the creation limit is displayed.
Sending limit increase
The sending limit is insufficient.
I would like to increase the sending limit.
Image attachment error in email
Images attached to Cloud Outbound Mailer emails are not displayed.
Troubleshoot email sending and receiving issues
The following are examples of email sending and receiving issues you might encounter:
Gmail recipient delivery failure
Sending emails to Gmail recipients fails.

The logs for sent emails are not available.
Error message: "NONEXISTENT_DOMAIN_ADDRESS"
I received the error message "NONEXISTENT_DOMAIN_ADDRESS" when sending an email.
Error message: "Recipient domain does not exist"
I received the error message "Recipient domain does not exist."
Error message: "Connection reset"
I received the message "Connection reset."
Bulk mail delivery failure
A large number of emails fail to be delivered during bulk sending.
Bulk send block list query/release unavailable
I would like to query or release all the addresses registered in the send block list at once.
Delivery failure with receipt marked as Y
Although the email delivery failed, the receipt status is displayed as "Y."
Receipt status not updated
The email was received, but the receipt status has not been updated.
Delivery failure via API
When trying to send an email via the Cloud Outbound Mailer API, the error "IP not allowed for authentication" occurs.
Delayed receipt in bulk deliveries
There is a long delay in receiving emails when they are sent in bulk.
Delivery marked as failed
The email delivery result is displayed as "delivery failed."
Troubleshoot authentication issues
The following are examples of authentication issues you might encounter:
DKIM authentication failure
DKIM authentication fails.
DKIM signature value retrieval with authentication failure
DKIM authentication attempts fail even though the DKIM signature value is retrieved successfully.
Delivery failure despite completed DKIM authentication
After completing DKIM authentication, email sending results alternate between success and failure.
Domain record accessible but authentication failure
Authentication fails even though the domain record is properly registered and accessible for viewing.
Record properly registered but authentication failure
The SPF or DKIM record is properly registered, yet authentication fails.
SPF authentication failure
SPF authentication is not completed successfully.
