In the CLOVA Dubbing Builder, each piece of synthesized audio content is defined as a project. You can create multiple projects depending on the service plan for each project group, and you can create and manage them from the My projects menu of the builder for each project group. If you think of a project group as a “folder,” then a project can be thought of as a “file” within that folder.
The Manage my projects section describes how to add, edit, delete, and download projects, and check project download history.

Add projects

To add a project in the CLOVA Dubbing Builder:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Dubbing > Project Group > [Go to] for the project group whose builder you want to open.
  2. In the launched builder, navigate to My projects > [Add project] button.
    • You can also click [Add] button in the My projects menu.
  3. In the Add project popup, enter the project name.
  4. Click [Create] button.
    • The project is added and you are taken to the dubbing editing interface for that project.

Editing a project

To edit a project name in the CLOVA Dubbing Builder:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Dubbing > Project Group > [Go to] for the project group whose builder you want to open.
  2. In the project list, click web_icon_1_7.png for the project you want to edit.
  3. Enter the new name and click web_icon_1_8.png.

Deleting a project

To delete a project in the CLOVA Dubbing Builder:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Dubbing > Project Group > [Go to] for the project group whose builder you want to open.
  2. In the project list, select the project you want to delete.
  3. Click [Delete] button.
  4. In the Delete project popup, click [Delete] button.
Caution

Deleted projects cannot be restored.

Downloading a project

To download a project in the CLOVA Dubbing Builder:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Dubbing > Project Group > [Go to] for the project group whose builder you want to open.

  2. Click clovadubbing-builder_icon_03for the project you want to download.

    • You can also click [Download] button in the dubbing editing interface.

  3. When the Download popup appears, click the [Download] button for the file format you want.

Note

You cannot download a project that has no dubbing. To download a project, add at least one dubbing clip.

Download deduction rules

When you download a project, both the number of available downloads and the number of characters available for dubbing are deducted. However, the deduction rules differ depending on whether the project was edited before downloading, so it is important to understand these rules.

The scope of project editing is as follows:

  • Dubbing edits: Adding or deleting dubbing, text changes (spacing, punctuation), changing voices, adjusting start time, etc.
  • Sound effect edits: Adding or deleting sound effects, adjusting start time, etc.
  • Miscellaneous: Turning subtitles or background audio on or off, etc.

Check project download history

Depending on the service plan in use, the number of project downloads and the number of characters available for dubbing per month are limited. As the service plan is tied to billing, monitoring monthly download counts and character usage is important for using the service efficiently. To check project download history per account:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > AI Services > CLOVA Dubbing > Project Group > [Go to] for the project group whose builder you want to open.
  2. In the launched builder, click the Download history menu.
  3. In Period selection, select the desired date and range to view the download history for that period.
    • Date/time: The date and time the project was downloaded
    • Project name: Name of the downloaded project
    • Download type: Format of the downloaded file
    • Download deduction: Number of downloads deducted
    • Character deduction: Number of available characters deducted
    • Account: Account that downloaded the project
