In Management, you can view various statistical data related to CLOVA OCR for each domain.
Management interface
The basic information for using Management is as follows.

| ⑤ Statistics data inquiry results | Component where the statistics data queried based on the search settings is displayed |
Domain metrics
To check domain metrics:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA OCR. - Click Management menu.
- Click [Domain metrics] tab menu.
- Set the query period, then click and select the domain name to query.
- Check the search results.
- If the queried domain’s service type is General:
- Number of Text OCR APIs Calls: The number of times the Text OCR APIs was called during the inquiry period.
- Number of Automatic Table Extractions: The number of times tables were automatically extracted during the inquiry period. When recognizing a document that contains tables, automatic table extraction is counted once per page. Even if two or more tables are recognized within a single page, it is still counted as one automatic extraction.
- If the queried domain’s service type is Template
- Number of APIs Calls: The number of times the Template APIs was called during the inquiry period.
- Validation result: The number of external validations for the domain during the inquiry period.
- If the queried domain’s service type is Document:
- Number of Document OCR APIs Calls: The number of times the Document OCR APIs was called and the total number of APIs transactions during the inquiry period.
- If the queried domain’s service type is General:
Service plan metrics
To view service plan metrics:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA OCR. - Click Management menu.
- Click [Service plan metrics] tab menu.
- Set the query period, then click and select the service plan to query.
- Check the search results.
- If the queried domain’s service type is General:
- Number of Text OCR APIs Calls: The number of times the Text OCR APIs was called during the inquiry period.
- Number of Automatic Table Extractions: The number of times tables were automatically extracted during the inquiry period. When recognizing a document that contains tables, automatic table extraction is counted once per page. Even if two or more tables are recognized within a single page, it is still counted as one automatic extraction.
- If the queried domain’s service type is Template
- Number of Template Builder APIs Calls The number of times the Template Builder APIs was called during the inquiry period.
- Service Plan Usage Time: The real-time aggregated result of the daily usage time (in seconds) for the selected service plan during the inquiry period.
- If the queried domain’s service type is Document:
- Number of Document OCR APIs Calls: The number of times the Document OCR APIs was called and the total number of APIs transactions during the inquiry period.
- If the queried domain’s service type is General:
Batch metrics
To view batch metrics:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA OCR. - Click Management menu.
- Click [Batch metrics] tab menu.
- Set the query period, then select the batch name to view.
- Check the search results.
- Number of APIs Calls: The number of batch APIs calls made during the selected period
- APIs call results: The number of successful and failed batch APIs calls during the selected period
- Long image APIs calls: The number of long image APIs calls made during the selected period
