In Management, you can search various statistical data for CLOVA OCR by domain.
Management page
The basics of using Management are as follows.
Area | Description |
---|---|
① Menu name | Name of the menu currently being viewed |
② Basic features | Check service details, refresh page |
③ Search statistical data tab menu | Select the statistical data to search (domain indicators, service plan indicators, batch indicators). |
④ Statistical data search settings | Set the conditions for data to be searched (period, domain name). |
⑤ Statistical data search results | Area to view the searched statistical data according to the search settings |
Domain indicators
The following describes how to view the domain indicators.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu, click and select the region you're using.
- From the Platform menu, click and select between VPC and Classic.
- Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA OCR menus, in that order.
- Click the Management menu.
- Click the Domain indicators tab menu.
- Set the period you want to search, and then click to select the domain name you want to search.
- Check the search results.
- If the service type of the searched domain is General
- Number of Text OCR API calls: number of Text OCR API calls made during the search period
- Number of automatic table extractions: It refers to the number of automatic table extractions during the search period. When a document containing tables is recognized, one automatic table extraction is counted per page, and one automatic table extraction is counted, even when multiple tables in one document are recognized.
- If the service type of the searched domain is Template
- Number of API calls: number of Template API calls made during the search period
- Verification result: number of external verifications for the domain during the search period
- If the service type of the searched domain is Document
- Number of Document OCR API calls: number of Document OCR API calls made during the search period and total number of API calls
- If the service type of the searched domain is General
Service plan indicators
The following describes how to view the service plan indicators.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu, click and select the region you're using.
- From the Platform menu, click and select between VPC and Classic.
- Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA OCR menus, in that order.
- Click the Management menu.
- Click the Service plan indicators tab menu.
- Set the period you want to search, and then click to select the service plan you want to search.
- Check the search results.
- If the service type of the searched domain is General
- Number of Text OCR API calls: number of Text OCR API calls made during the search period
- Number of automatic table extractions: It refers to the number of automatic table extractions during the search period. When a document containing tables is recognized, one automatic table extraction is counted per page, and one automatic table extraction is counted, even when multiple tables in one document are recognized.
- If the service type of the searched domain is Template
- Number of template builder API calls: number of template builder API calls made during the search period
- Service plan usage time: result of real-time aggregation in seconds of usage time by date for the selected service plan during the search period
- If the service type of the searched domain is Document
- Number of Document OCR API calls: number of Document OCR API calls made during the search period and total number of API calls
- If the service type of the searched domain is General
Batch indicators
The following describes how to view the batch indicators.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu, click and select the region you're using.
- From the Platform menu, click and select between VPC and Classic.
- Click the Services > AI Services > CLOVA OCR menus, in that order.
- Click the Management menu.
- Click the Batch indicators tab menu.
- Set the period you want to search, and then click to select the batch name you want to search.
- Check the search results.
- Number of API calls: number of batch API calls made during the search period
- API call result: number of successes and failures for batch API calls during the search period
- Number of long image calls: number of long image API calls made during the search period
