Once you have checked the CLOVA Speech requirements and are familiar with use scenarios and terminology, you are ready to start using CLOVA Speech. The first thing to do now is to request a subscription to CLOVA Speech.
Request subscription
The following describes how to request subscription to CLOVA Speech from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- From the Region menu, click the region you are using.
- From the Platform menu, click the platform you're using.
- Click Services > AI Services > CLOVA Speech menus in that order.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click the [Request subscription] button.
- When the pop-up window for requesting a subscription to CLOVA Speech appears, check the terms and conditions and click the checkbox.
- Click the [Request subscription] button.
- When the alert pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.
If you click the [Request subscription] button in the Service > AI Services > CLOVA Speech menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform portal, you can go directly to the screen for procedure No. 6.

Cancel subscription
You can cancel your subscription to CLOVA Speech from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
To cancel the service subscription, you must delete all basic domains first. For more information on domain deletion, see Delete domain.
The following describes how to cancel your subscription.
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > AI Services > CLOVA Speech menus in that order.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click the [Product in use] button, and then click Cancel Product Subscription.
- When the pop-up window for canceling your service subscription appears, check the details of the alert, and click the [Cancel] button.
- When the alert pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.
