Once you've reviewed the CLOVA Speech specifications and quickstart and glossary, you're ready to start using the service. Your first step is subscribing to CLOVA Speech.
Subscribe to the service
To subscribe to CLOVA Speech from the NAVER Cloud Platform console:
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
- Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
- Click
in the upper-left corner of the console interface. - Navigate to Services > AI Services > CLOVA Speech.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click [Subscribe].
- When the popup for requesting a subscription to CLOVA Speech appears, check the terms and conditions and click the checkbox.
- Click [Subscribe].
- When the notification popup appears, click [OK].
If you click [Subscribe] in the Service > AI Services > CLOVA Speech menu of NAVER Cloud Platform portal, you can go directly to the interface for procedure No. 6.

Cancel subscription
You can unsubscribe from CLOVA Speech in NAVER Cloud Platform console.
To unsubscribe from the service you must delete all basic domains first. For more information on domain deletion, see Delete domains.
To cancel your subscription:
- Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
- Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
- Click
in the upper-left corner of the console interface. - Navigate to Services > AI Services > CLOVA Speech.
- Click the Subscription menu.
- Click [Subscribed], then select Unsubscribe.
- In the unsubscription popup, review the details and click [Unsubscribe] to confirm.
- When the notification popup appears, click [OK].
