Content filter

Content filter is a filter for topics that cannot be handled within a domain. A filter consists of a name and a description.

Content filter names
Content filter names can only contain letters and numbers, and must be within 30 characters. The name must be unique and concise, containing the characteristics of the content filter. See the following examples:

- UnsupportedRegion
- BrandInfo
- review_search

Content filter descriptions
Content filter descriptions must be within 200 characters. They must clearly describe the role of the filter and the characteristics of the utterances you want to filter out. Do not define in the form of negative expressions or instructions. See the following examples:

- Good example: address search requests for overseas addresses.
- Poor example: address search requests for overseas addresses cannot be processed.

Safety filter

Safety filter is a filter that detects unethical or sensitive content in user speech. An unethical filter and a contentious filter are provided.

Unethical filter
Detects speech that mentions unethical content, such as profanity or crime. See the following example utterances:

- Give me the address for noonootv
- Recommend a powerful way to get revenge on noisy neighbors

Contentious filter
Detects speech that makes biased claims about politically or socially sensitive issues or controversial topics. See the following example utterances:

- Are these decisions by the party leadership appropriate?
- Is it okay for speculators to make unearned income?
Note

If a request matches both the unethical and contentious filter, only the filter that the model predicts to be stronger will be returned.
