The Forum describes the composition of the forum screen and explains how to use the features provided by the forum.
CLOVA Studio provides a separate forum page for reference on using CLOVA Studio. In the forum, you can check notices, learn how to use CLOVA Studio, and ask questions concerning CLOVA Studio.
Forum screen
The forum screen is laid out as follows:

Create account
To create a Forum account, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- You can also click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button to access the CLOVA Studio page and then click the Forum menu.
- Click the [NAVER Cloud Platform Login] button.
- If you have an account, you will be logged in automatically.
- If you do not have an account, the profile setup screen appears.
- Please enter your display name and email address to be used in the forum.
- If you access the forum with the NAVER Cloud Platform main account, you cannot see the email address field.
- After agreeing to the collection and use of personal information, click the [Create my account] button.
- You may log in with the created account and go to the home screen.
Manage Account
You can manage profiles and attachments for accounts on the forum, specify notification/block account settings, and more.
Manage profile
On the profile screen, you can register a profile, a profile picture/background picture, and check activity history.

The profile screen is laid out as follows:

Set profile photo
To set a profile photo, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- You can also click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button to access the CLOVA Studio page and then click the Forum menu.
- Click the [NAVER Cloud Platform Login] button and log in.
- If you don't have an account, please see Create account to create one.
- Click on your account name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on Profile.
- Click
. - Click and select the Upload Photo in the Profile Photo popup window.
- Click the [Choose Single File] button to attach a profile photo, or drag and drop a file into the Or drag and drop your file here area.
- Click the [Next] button.
- After adjusting the size of the profile photo by dragging it, click the [Save] button.
- You can set the image as your profile photo.
If you want to delete the profile photo you have set, go through steps 1 to 6, click the Remove my photo and then click the [Next] button.
Register profile
To register the profile description, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- You can also click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button to access the CLOVA Studio page and then click the Forum menu.
- Click the [NAVER Cloud Platform Login] button and log in.
- If you don't have an account, please see Create account to create one.
- Click on your account name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on Profile.
- Click the [Profile settings] button.
- After setting the profile in the profile setting popup window, click the [Save] button.
Check My Activity History
To check My Activity History, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- You can also click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button to access the CLOVA Studio page and then click the Forum menu.
- Click the [NAVER Cloud Platform Login] button and log in.
- If you don't have an account, please see Create account to create one.
- Click on your account name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on Profile.
- Click the [View my activity history] button.
- You can also hover the mouse over your profile picture at the top right of the screen and click the [Find Content] button.

Manage attachment files
On the attachment management screen, you can check the files attached to the post and the current usage within the total upload capacity.
To manage attachment files, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- You can also click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button to access the CLOVA Studio page and then click the Forum menu.
- Click the [NAVER Cloud Platform Login] button and log in.
- If you don't have an account, please see Create account to create one.
- Click the account name, and then click the Manage attachment files.
- Check the list of registered attachments and upload usage.
- You can check simple file information and upload date, and you can move to the post that each file was attached to.
Account Setting
You can check account information and specify account-related settings.
To check the account settings, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- You can also click the [Go to CLOVA Studio] button to access the CLOVA Studio page and then click the Forum menu.
- Click the [NAVER Cloud Platform Login] button and log in.
- If you don't have an account, please see Create account to create one.
- Click the account name, and then click the Manage account.
- You can see the account settings screen. You can check and set various information about your account by clicking the menu on the left.
Check access information and log out
To check your account access information and log out from a specific device, follow these steps:
- Click the Recently Used Devices menu on the account settings screen.
- You can see your account access information.
- Click the Log out of the desired device to log out.
- You will be forcibly logged out of the device.
Using bulletin board
You can see the list of boards on the forum home screen, and click to see the list of posts on that board. You can also register, edit, or delete posts on the bulletin board.

Click a bulletin board in the boards list to view the bulletin board. The Post screen is laid out as follows:

Register post
To register a post, follow these steps:
- On the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > AI Services > CLOVA Studio in order. - Click the My Product menu.
- Click the [Go to Forum] button.
- Click the bulletin board to register a post in.
- Click the [Register post] button.
General post
In the [Post] tab, enter the post title and content, then click the [Register post] button.
- You can drag and drop files to be uploaded to the Drag or click to add files, or click the area to upload files.
- You can attach a previously registered attachment by clicking on other content, or insert an image into a post by entering the image URL address.
