Available in VPC
The analyst can freely view and analyze the target data provided by the Box administrator, but needs the authorization from the Box administrator to export the data after an adequacy examination. When exporting files NAVER Cloud Platform Object Storage is used so subscribe for Object Storage and create a bucket, and proceed with the export request of the target file in the bucket.
Object Storage service usage fees are charged separately. For more information on Object Storage usage fee, see the Object Storage page.
Check the cautions when using Connect Server NAS when exporting files.
Request export
Box blocks the communication from the external network, and through the file export feature the necessary files can be exported outside of the Box. Exporting the original data is prohibited, so only the allowed files via export review can be exported. To request for file export, follow these steps:

- Check the Data Box Frame of the file to be exported.
- Click the Request export.
- Click OK after entering the related information on the request export page.

- Export objective: description of the export objective
- Target bucket: name of the bucket for storing after export review
- Memo: add a memo (maximum of 50 characters)

- Click Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Box Frame > Export in order from NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Check the Data Box Frame of the export to be canceled.
- Click the request to be canceled.
- Click Cancel request export.
- Click OK after checking the canceled request.

- Click Services > Storage > Object Storage in order from NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click the selected bucket when exporting.
- Check the exported file.
Data export standards
Data Box Frame is a tool to derive a complete analysis output from the Box, so avoid exporting intermediate output for additional analysis from outside the Box. For such purpose, there is a limit on the file size of the exported data but whether to export can be decided via separate consultation for special circumstances.
- Format available for export: analysis output of table, model, code, or image format
- Description for data export required
- Common: description of the result and analysis objective (fill out form)
- Table: number of rows and columns, and description of each column and extraction process
- Model: output code and description
- Source code: description of code objective and simple annotation in the code
- Image: create code and description
All of the following conditions must be satisfied for the file to be exported, and file export is impossible if one of the condition is not satisfied.
- Original or part of the original
- User unit data
- If it is a compressed file
