Review analysis results

This section explains how to check the request for exporting analyzed data for each box in Data Box Frame. Administrators can directly review the feasibility of exporting analyzed data, and through the review, whether or not to export data is determined. You can conduct exporting review in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

Execute examination

Exporting requests received from the NAVER Cloud Platform console can be reviewed according to internal standards. The following describes how to conduct the review from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

1. In the VPC environment on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Box Frame > Approval.
   

2. Check the exporting request received through the console. You can check the details by clicking on the exporting request.
   

   • Export purpose: The purpose of export specified by the applicant.
   • Applicant: Applicant who requested export (SSL VPN ID).
   • File size: File size (MB).
   • Frame name: The name of the frame requested for export.
   • Review status: Current review status.
   • File name: The name of the file requested for export,
   • Review date and time: The date and time when the review is completed.
   • Box name: The name of the box requested for export.
   • Request date and time: The date and time when the request is submitted.
   • File description: File description given by the applicant.

3. After checking the export details, check the files inside the Object Storage Bucket for export. Afterwards, the exported file is reviewed according to internal regulations.

4. Depending on the review result, approve or reject the request in > Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Box Frame > Approval.
   

5. In case of rejection, it is necessary to enter the reason for the return. The entered reason for rejection can be checked by clicking on the relevant export request > review status > rejection.
   

   

Notify result

Depending on the result, the applicant will be notified of the exporting result via email. Once the review is completed, the file can be downloaded from the Object Storage Bucket you selected during the file exporting request.
