Evaluation of the adequacy of analysis results

It describes how to check the request for exporting analysis data for each box in the Data Box Frame. The administrator can directly review the validity of the export of the analysis data, and the review determines whether to export the data. You can proceed with the export review from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

Start review

You can review the export request from NAVER Cloud Platform console according to internal standards. The following describes how to review through the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Box Frame > Approval menus, in that order.
   
2. Check the export request submitted through the console. You can check the details by clicking on the export request.
   
   • Purpose of export: the purpose of export written by the applicant
   • Applicant: applicant who requested export (SSL VPN ID)
   • File size: file size (MB)
   • Frame name: name of the Frame requested for export
   • Review status: current review status
   • File name: name of the file requested for export
   • Review date and time: completion date and time of review
   • Box name: name of the Box requested for export
   • Request date and time: date and time of request
   • File description: file description written by the applicant
3. After checking the export details, check the file inside the Object Storage Bucket for export. Afterward, review the export file in accordance with the internal regulations.
4. Approve/Reject in Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Box Frame > Approval according to the review results.
   

Notification of results

Depending on the review result, the applicant will be notified of the results of the review through email. Once the review is completed, the file can be downloaded from the Object Storage Bucket you selected during the file export request.
