Cloud specifications
Cloud DB Serverless supports the following cloud environment specifications:

Server specifications
Cloud DB Serverless, as a serverless architecture, automatically adjusts specifications according to customers' cloud database usage patterns. In other words, server specifications are not defined on a per-server basis.
Service limits
Although the DBMS type in operation cannot be changed, the maximum and minimum instance specifications, Auto Scaling policy settings, and connection settings can be modified at any time using the DB Cluster > DB Management feature in the console.
Pricing information
The Cloud DB Serverless service adopts a pay-as-you-go pricing plan based on instance and storage usage. For detailed description of pricing information, see Portal > Services > Database > Cloud DB Serverless.
