    This part describes how to use the Hash Filter features of File Safer on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    Hash Filter page

    From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the menus of Services > Security > File Safer > Hash Filter in that order to check the Hash Filter page.
    The Hash Filter page is laid out as follows.

    Search detection history

    The following describes how to view the detection history.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu and Platform menu, click the environment you're using.
    2. Click the Services > Security > File Safer > Hash Filter menu one by one in order.
    3. Click the [View detection history] button.
    4. When the view history popup window appears, designate the search period, and click the [Download] button.
    5. When the downloading is complete, click the [OK] button.

    View Hash

    You can scan one Hash value on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. The following describes how to scan Hash on the console.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu and Platform menu, click the environment you're using.
    2. Click the Services > Security > File Safer > Hash Filter menu one by one in order.
    3. Click the [Search Hash] button.
    4. When the Search Hash popup window appears, select the Hash algorithm, enter the Hash value, and click the [Search] button.
    5. Check the result value, and then click the [OK] button.
    Note

    If you want to scan the Hash value in the customer’s service page, not a single hash value, you must call the REST API and apply to the service. For more information on the REST API call, see Develop Hash Filter.

    Set result notification

    The following describes how to set the Hash Filter scan result notification method.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Region menu and Platform menu, click the environment you're using.
    2. Click the Services > Security > File Safer > Hash Filter menu one by one in order.
    3. Click the [Set Result notification] button.
    4. When the analysis result notification setting popup window appears, click the Tab menu and set the needed notification conditions.
      • [General settings] tab menu: Click and select the notification conditions for analysis results, and click the [OK] button.
      • [Advanced settings] tab menu: Enter the threshold value of notification conditions for the settings items during the designated time, and click the [OK] button.
    Note

    To designate a recipient for notification of the Hash Filter scan results, you must move to the Services > Security > File Safer > Notification Setting menu. For more information on how to select notification recipient, see Notification Setting.
