Available in VPC
You can use Target Groups to distribute requests to one or more registered targets. That is, they are a set of targets to process requests, which can be used only within the Load Balancer service.
In the Target Group page, you can create or delete Target Groups to be added when creating Load Balancer, and you can monitor Target Groups. Also, you can add new targets to the Target Group and delete the target that has already been added, and set health check policies for the added targets.
To access the Load Balancer menu, access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal, and then click [Console] > Services > Networking > Load Balancer > Target Group in order.
