In settings, you can view how to set basic information, player integration, and admin account, and how to view the guide for the right use.
Basic settings
You can view or change basic information set in the Media Analytics service. To access basic settings:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Navigate to Settings > Basic settings.
- You should check or change the set information.

Integrate with player
Once you create a new player while using Media Analytics, the new player should be integrated manually. To integrate with a player:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Navigate to Settings > Player integration.
- Click [Start integration] for the player to integrate.
- When the confirmation popup appears, click [OK].
You can view the change history in the player's integration by clicking View details under the change history.
Stop player integration
You can stop integrating with the Media Analytics service to cease collecting the data for a player.
Even though you stop integrating a player, previously collected data for the player remain in the Media Analytics service and the data collection stops from that moment.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Navigate to Settings > Player integration.
- Click [Integrating] for the player to stop integration.
- When the confirmation popup appears, click [OK].
Admin settings
You can set the account to access the Media Analytics management page. The account subscribing to the service on the console becomes the main admin and can add, edit, and delete the sub admin in the Admin settings menu.
The following are permissions for each admin type:

To access Admin settings:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Navigate to Settings > Admin settings.
Add admin
To add other accounts as sub admins:
- Click [Create admin] on the Admin settings page.
- Enter ID, password, and name in the popup.
- Enter ID in email format.
- Enter the password at least 8 characters using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (?!$^&*).
- Enter the name less than 20 characters excluding special characters and spaces.
- Click [Save].
Edit admin information
You can initialize the password of sub admin account or change the name.
For the main admin account, you can only initialize the password from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
To edit the admin information:
- Click the ID of the account to edit on the Admin settings page.
- Edit the information in the Edit admin popup.
- To reset the password, click [Reset] and enter a new password.
- To change the name, enter the new name in the input field.
- Enter [Edit completed].
Delete admin
To delete a sub admin account:
- Click the ID of the account to edit on the Admin settings page.
- Click [Delete admin] in the Edit admin popup.
- Click [Delete] in the popup.
Guide
To view the guides for Media Analytics:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Navigate to Settings > Guide.
- Click the guide you want to see for details.
