Media Intelligence provides a separate web console called the workspace, where you can manage and analyze media assets and use the resulting indexes. This section describes how to access the workspace from the NAVER Cloud Platform console and the layout of the workspace interface.

Access workspace

To access the Media Intelligence workspace:

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu **> Services > Media > Media Intelligence.
  2. From the Workspaces menu, click [Go to Media Intelligence] at the top of the interface.
    • Alternatively, you can copy the address of the workspace name from the Workspaces menu to access the service.

Workspace interface

The basic description of the Media Intelligence workspace interface is as follows:

Item Description
① My project Project list (see Project management).
② Search for assets Search for assets (see Asset search).
③ Person management List of people (see Person management).
④ Menu name Current project name.
⑤ Basic features Features available by default.
  • [Add analysis file]: Upload a file to the project for analysis.
  • [Start analysis]: Analyze the selected media asset. Only enabled when a media asset is selected.
  • [Move]: Move the selected media asset to another project. Only enabled when a media asset is selected.
  • [Delete]: Delete the selected media asset. Only enabled when a media asset is selected.
⑥ Asset list List of media assets added to the project. You can use status filter chip to quickly check indexing and scene summary progress (see Media asset management).
⑦ Search component A component where you can search for media assets.
  • Search field: Search by entering an asset name or asset ID Press Enter to switch to the search results interface.

⑨ User guide Go to the Media Intelligence user guide page.
⑩ User information Name of the logged-in user. Click to go to the NAVER Cloud Platform console or log out.
