    You can view the status of storage capacity currently in use at Capacity under Media Connect Center service preferences.

    Caution

    Service preferences > Capacity is a menu that is only accessible by Media Connect Center admins. It is not shown on the Media Connect Center screen for regular users.

    View storage status

    The following describes how to view the storage capacity status and set the capacity for each shared folder and personal folder.

    1. Click the Service preferences > Capacity menu at the left side of the screen.
    2. Check the required information.
      • Information: Information of the service in use and the users
        • Service: The name of NAVER Cloud Platform service using the assigned capacity
        • User: The number of users using the NAVER Cloud Platform service the capacity is assigned for
      • Total capacity in use: Default capacity by bucket folder (file), capacity in use
        • Folder name: Name of the bucket folder
        • File/folder capacity: Capacity of the bucket folder (file) currently in use
        • Created by: User who created the bucket folder
        • Member: List of users who have the access permission to the bucket folder
          • [Member list] button: Click to see the details of the users, organizations, and groups who own the access permission to the bucket folder
        • Creation date: Date when the bucket folder was added
    3. If you would like to only view the information you want by searching, then enter the creator and email at the top right of the screen and click the magnifier icon.
